Gerardo was friendly and kind. Answered all my questions and maintained respectful even though we had a lot of bumps for the transaction I was there for. Best DMV experience I’ve ever had.

I went to the vehicle licensing Westside auto licensing on Burden and there was absolutely no line and the service was excellent. I was warmly greeted as I approached the counter, this gal had no problem doing her job. She told me to have a great weekend as I left. I actually came back in because I wanted to see when my tabs expired on another vehicle and she promptly assisted me. I feel that the person who helped me did exactly as I asked and what she is supposed to do. She did check my drivers license to make sure everything was good to go. I will continue to go to this one as long as the service provided is of the quality I received.

I did let them know that they do have bad reviews on Google and that I was planning to submit a good one because of how it went.

I have used Westside. No problems, Have your required paperwork, plan visit to stay out of busy hours. Call ahead be smart. Complain less........SMFH

Everyone is amazing especially the lady with the black hair when ya walk in. She helped me sale a car and got me what I needed. Everyone is too attractive be warned.
