Fillinger Insurance

We contacted Fillinger Insurance when our homeowners insurance was cancelled because our insurer was leaving California. Our previous agent was unable to find anything comparable for us but the team at Fillinger was very responsive and found us comparable policies for both home and autos. Everyone at the agency was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Tough time in the commercial insurance industry in California call for a tough and nimble insurance broker! Chad and his team at Fillinger Insurance are just that! When State Farm pulled their offer, Chad was able to find a replacement (as other brokers struggled to solve the puzzle). Chad was recommended by a friend I trust and his performance confirmed my friend's vote of confidence. Chad will be my first call for my next insurance need!

My old insurance company in Sonoma county terminated our annual contract. I was really worried that the property would be uninsured heading into the fire season. It seems like *everything* in this area of California is difficult.

As first time homebuyers in CA, we were looking for great insurance coverage at a price that we could actually afford. Jen went above and beyond to provide us with a few different options - all of which had much lower premiums (we’re talking THOUSANDS of dollars less!) than the quotes we’d received from all of the “big name” insurance companies I’d called on my own (State Farm, Farmers, Progressive, Nationwide, Allstate, etc..).

Not only does Jen really know her stuff, but she’s also got a great sense of humor and is a super nice person! I’ve truly enjoyed every email and phone call we’ve exchanged. She’s also quick to respond to all of my questions. There was one time that I’d emailed Jen a question, but she was on vacation that week. Chad kindly took the initiative to call me himself to answer my question so that I wasn’t left hanging.
