We couldn't be happier with Syndi. We purchased 4 properties with her help. One was new construction where she worked with the builder in getting all of the details taken care of. Two were single family homes, and one was a condominium. In each case, we told her our parameters and she delivered. She didn't try to second guess us and drag us through properties that did not meet our needs.
She is an excellent communicator and knows her market very well. We will definitely work with Syndi again. Hopefully soon.
