Lawson Adventure Chalets

Great 2 person cabins, in a nice location if you are looking to explore the local ski areas. They offered a discount for Loveland when I went.

Everything was fairly new and the fully equipped kitchen was good to have. Great hot water. Ok beds. Cable

Things to note:

You are next to a major highway. You will hear traffic.

No alcohol allowed unless you buy from the restaurant on site, that isn't open regularly.

Oh and if you are not into indoor plumbing they have yurts.

Awesome location, beautiful cabin, and great customer service ! My only suggestion would be to add a box fan for the dead of summer. Loved the experience, thanks so much !

Stayed out at one of the cabins for a ski trip. They're fairly centrally located to most of the ski resorts along I-70, and there's a couple small towns nearby that have shopping, restaurants, etc... The cabins themselves are nothing too fancy, but for the price they sure get the job done. They were clean, modern enough, and a perfect place to crash after long days on the slopes. I would definitely stay here again.
Warning, if you're going to stay at this place during ski season, I'd recommend 4-wheel drive. Not only does I-70 get crazy in the snow, but the dirt road these cabins are on can get pretty shaky too.
