Bamboo Mongolian Grill

Excellent service, and how could you go wrong when you get to pick your own food. Only complaint albeit a small one, and partially my fault. I should've asked for a little bit longer cook. The veggies were a little under done for my liking. Other than that, it is delicious and a great place for lunch.

We love this place! The food is always great and all of the staff members are wonderful. We feel extra special when Ruby is our server. She treats us like friends or family and we appreciate that. We will definitely see you all again soon.

This was our first time coming here and the staff were so kind. We come from Seattle and you don’t really see this good of customer service, especially from our server Ruby. She walked us through the bowls and would add noodles as needed. She even told us some tips for next time. Thank you for the wonderful evening!

We had a delicious meal!! First time eating at Bamboo Mongolian Grill in Pasco. Special thank you to our server, Ruby! She was awesome. We were a party of seven, with three young children. She was very kind and attentive. The guys running the grill were also awesome. Great job cooking and entertaining too! We will definitely be back. Everyone was great! 👍😊

The place isn't fancy, but it has charm. The service staff are always friendly, the ingredients are always fresh. You build your own stir fry so if you don't like the food....that's on you ,😂

First time here and it was a Friday night, so they were busy & we got our food to go. Staff was clearly busting their butts, working hard..and yet every single one of them from servers, to the chefs, were EXTREMELY professional and kind! Thank you so much for your hard work and our food was the bomb! We will be coming back and highly recommend paying them a visit!

The food was excellent and the service was good as well. We went on a Wednesday night and it wasn’t very busy. I like it better than some of the bigger Mongolian bbq chains.

Love the food and the team that works at this restraunt. They always seem happy to see me and even add white rice to my food on the grill when I want it cooked into my meal.

Always enjoy eating here! Wonderful choices and always delicious. Our waitress Ruby was amazing and made sure we were taken care of the whole time. Even when they are busy they are able to keep up! Highly recommend!!

First time at Bamboo for a birthday lunch was made special by Ruby's excellent service. We compared the food with the Albany, Oregon mongolian restaurant....Bamboo Mongolian Grill rates as go back again & again!!

I hadn't been to this place in a long time. I stopped by and of course always great customer service. They had remodeled so the place looked fabulous. Very friendly outgoing people. The food was so good.

Found this gem a couple weeks ago while in town for work. OMG the flavor is mouth watering and so delicious. The soup was one of the biggest surprises,… Yummy!!
Maria was outstanding and always checking to see if we needed something else. Great Service!

We have been there three nights this trip. If you haven’t been you need to try. I’ll be back for sure.

We came here for lunch and what an Amazing FIRST time experience from the beginning to the end. The Manager greeted us and our server Ruby was on top of everything. She was the only server we saw and she was always there to refill our drinks and any accommodations we needed. The cooks were nice and friendly. The food was super fresh and the flavors were VERY DELICIOUS [: We will definitely be coming back soon!!!!! As well as recommending this establishment to our friends and family.

Love this place. Local and fresh. And they're the only Mongolian joint I know that has peanuts on the bar. Add those after your food is grilled for that extra crunchy texture and taste. 👌

It's very fun to watch the cooks walking around the round grill cooking your food after you have selected exactly what want.

This place was awesome. I was very hungry going in and I left full and very satisfied. Not much to look at from the outside, but the safe was kind and friendly. The selection was good and the food was very fresh and delicious.

I treated myself to a Birthday lunch here. Excellent selection and a lovely waitress. I will definitely be back!

Never been to this kind of restaurant set up before. There's a buffet line and everything is frozen, then at the end they cook the bowl that you made.

The restaurant itself is a little dated, but the food and service were both FANTASTIC
