Aspen Mountain Lodge

What a wonderful and cozy place! The staff is wonderful and the rooms are nice and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning is really tasty and they have a good amount of options. They are also in easy walking distance to many restaurants and there is a bus stop within a block. Would definitely come back and would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

The Aspen Mountain Lodge is centrally located within walking or ride share range of anything in Aspen. There was a good breakfast every morning with pastries, juices, hot oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt, and hot coffee. The jacuzzi is just adjacent to the main building with a heated pool. There is a central seating area with a fireplace. The room was adequate with hot showers and clean linen every morning. There was a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. The staff could not have been any better!!! They recommended the Downtowner, a free ride share service. They recommended good restaurants, and scheduled us a cab ride back to the airport that was cheaper than our original Uber. Our flight was well after checkout, and they let us leave our bags until we got back from sightseeing. My fiancé lost her engagement ring, and the staff found it for us. It was the home base of a wonderful trip!

I stayed here years ago on a bicycle trip with friends. I think back then, there was a two night restriction on weekends. Ruben, the manager, this time, has made it a favorite place to stay. Basic facilities. Nothing fancy but clean and walkable. It is really the only one of two places to stay on a budget. I plan to stay again in the future.

This is the best hotel deal in Aspen. Very reasonably priced hotel located in the heart of downtown Aspen. Shout out to Isaiah, Cam, and Reuben who ensured we had a great experience. Super helpful and professional. Highly recommended.

Rooms are a little dated and small for 4 people but the hot tub made amends. The views from the hot tub were magical. The breakfast was satisfactory as well.

The guy manning the front desk was very welcoming.

We booked a last-minute room at the Aspen Mountain Lodge on a two-week Colorado road trip. The staff was exceptional as they were friendly, flexible, and very accommodating. They were happy to give tips and recommendations, which we took advantage of and greatly appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable. Our dog was also warmly welcomed. The location is walking distance to downtown, as well as a couple parks and trails. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

What an awesome place! If the atmosphere and classic lodge feel wasn’t enough, Eric at the front desk did everything to make sure we were comfortable. After being stuck in I70 traffic being stranded in Glenwood, we were able to do a last minute booking and Eric stayed late to check us in himself. Amazing rooms amazing prices. Stay here!

Great quiet place to stay. Staff super friendly, very clean. Rooms are dated, but fit the atmosphere for a summer stop in a ski town. Would definitely stay here again.

Very cozy and clean hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great complimentary breakfast and afternoon snack including cheese and good wine. Awesome dining room with beautiful fireplace. Family friendly, lots of board games available.We loved that place! Thank you.

I've worked with Allison on a side project for the hotel for a while now and she's been nothing short of awesome to work with. I even heard she picks up wrappers and other small things off the ground, even when no one is looking. (probably frustrates her significant other I'm guessing!). Allison is a true professional and a very down to earth person to speak with. Stay here if you would like an immaculate hotel with outstanding service...and some good humor to boot!

Reuben and team were great. We had a blast and they helped with directions and even gave us hand/toe warmers for the entire family. Will be back next year for sure. Thanks.

Our stay at Aspen Mountain Lodge was wonderful. The room was large, a queen bed and a couch, with a balcony. It had a fridge and microwave. The Lodge is with in walking distance of downtown. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Fantastic and friendly staff no matter the time of year. We have stayed here in August and again in January and both times have been exactly what we were looking for. Perfect for the in and out crowd looking for an affordable and reliable place in the heart of town.

Staff was great. Breakfast was basic but acceptable. Room' s air conditioning was turned off for the winter season. Was a very cute hotel, walking distance from everywhere.

We haven’t even stayed there yet, but Eric has already been such a huge help! He took his time to give us detailed recommendations and tips. Excited to visit now because of his great hospitality.

Aspen Mountain Lodge is our favorite since 2005. They have great rates, big rooms, very cozy beds and a breakfast bar that is lovely. The staff is always helpful. If you come in the summer they have a swimming pool too. Check it out.

The room was spacious, very clean, and super close to town! We used the pool and hot tub (also very clean) and checked in very easily. I can’t wait to come back!

Aspen Mountain Lodge is a fantastic destination. Our family had a wonderful visit. Service was impeccable. Would definitely like to return as soon as we can.
