I brought my 13 year old retriever in as he is simply getting old. Vet was remarkable and spent 45 minutes testing and covering all the details of my aging dog. 10/10.

Took my dog here as an urgent appointment. Staff were very friendly and kind and took such good care of him! The vet walked me through each step and explained what was going on. This place was amazing for such a last minute appointment!

Animal Hospital of Newport Hills has shown me time and time again how much they care about their patients (and their anxious parents!). They’ve gotten me in day-of at least a couple times when I’ve had a kitty develop issues overnight and they’re always so kind and thorough. Dr. Olson stayed late once to see my cat when she got worse in the afternoon. They’re a bit of a drive (I live in Fremont in Seattle) but they’re such a wonderful organisation that I don’t hesitate to make the trek. Thanks for all you do! Minnie and Sibby love you! (Even though they don’t act like it when they see you…) 100% would recommend them to anyone!

I didn’t have appointment and my cat was new there, front desk very welcoming and accepted my walk in visit right away. Doctor Gray was very polite and friendly, explained my cat’s uti condition and everything. My cat got her tests done same day got her treatment which was very important to me and my cat. They also gave me cat carrier with no cost cause I didn’t have. It was very nice. I am happy that I found this hospital for my cat future visits.

I currently had my dog boarded for 5 days. She was taken care of very well! She was given a walk everyday. They gave her a bath. I found the associates to be kind, knowledgable and compassionate . Ive been using Animal Hospital of Newport Hills for over 10 years. I highly recommend their services.

I stopped in on a whim to get refills on my dog's flea and heartworm medication. Unfortunately, I was unaware he needed testing done before they could refill his RX. Without skipping a beat, they took care of the situation. They were able to do the test, get his results, and send a prescription to their online pharmacy all while I waited. The whole process took all over 30 minutes.

We've been going here since 2010 with all of our dogs, through all of the changes in staff and ownership. It's been consistently good, and there are enough vets on staff so you can find the one that's right for you. They listen, give you options, and let you decide what is best for your pet and situation. The surgical staff is highly skilled, front desk efficient and organized, and the techs are friendly. We've had some difficult dogs over the years (all rescues) and they've been treated kindly and with respect.

Heard of the establishment from a family friend. Took my sick baby there who had not been there before. They were prompt to fit me in same day when other places could not get me an appointment until a week later. They were gentle with my cat and very informative and gentle with me. Cat got progressively sicker the next day and they were responsive to email even though they were not open yet. All of the nurses and front desk employees I communicated with were caring and genuine. Never once felt rushed with my two appointments. Their care and attentiveness did not go unnoticed even when my cat passed. I will be bringing my other two cats to them from now on for annual check ups. Doctor Bucklin gets 5/5 stars from me.

I’ve always had a good experience at Newcastle clinic. As my dog has aged, she is more nervous about the vet, but this time I was offered some calming pills for fireworks and our next visit. Thanks for the calming advice !

I came in for a nail trim. My dog was very nervous. The vet tech made sure we took extra time to make my dog comfy so we could trim his nails. I really appreciated it

The Animal Hospital of Newport Hills is a business filled with kind and compassionate human beings. From the front desk to the veterinarians, all are highly skilled and great communicators. Their professionalism is top notch. They are caring, knowledgeable, and thorough. The veterinarians have always followed up with me promptly with a phone call with any test results or concerns they have for my pet or just to check up on how she's doing after a procedure. Although their office is getting so much busier and it's sometimes hard to get an appointment, they go above and beyond to try to to get my dog seen as soon as possible. I wouldn't trust my dog with anyone else but Newport Hills.

They were awesome to get me in within a couple hours of my call. They were thorough in the exam and tests needed and called me the next morning with results!

The team always goes above and beyond! We have 100% trust in them and have gone to this clinic for the last 3 generations.

It was my first time bringing my black tabby to this vet. I was not disappointed. I made an appointment a week prior and showed up the day of to a warm welcome. We were seen right away and they provided me with a ton of useful tips. As well as an affordable care plan through them.

Dr Teng is amazing! We were referred to her by our vet for our labradoodle to have a TPLO surgery. From booking an appointment, to dropping our baby off, to picking her up it was smooth and always accompanied with kind/warm service from staff. Dr Teng called us right before our pup went into surgery and called us right after to let us know how it went. We love our dogs like children and are always nervous to trust new places/ leave them at a place while we can’t be with them. After our experience with Dr Teng and the staff at this clinic, I’m confident in their care of our dogs medical and emotional needs. Hopefully we will not need any additional surgeries- but if for some reason there is a need for future medical emergencies we will be going to the Animal Hospital of Newport Hills as our primary choice! I highly recommend this animal hospital and Dr Teng!

We had to find a new vet. Animal Hospital of Newport Hills came highly recomended. They did not disapoint us. We have a dog with Cushings Disease and she was due for her blood test to check if her prescription was still at the correct dose. We provided past history of our dog. Other than a basic exam and conducting the needed test. They did not try and tell us our dog needed multiple other things. Results of test were as expected. We plan to be bringing the whole pack to Animal Hopspital of Newport Hills for all their vet care needs. Very nice staff people also.
