Bartell Drugs

I drive 30+ minutes each way to get to this Bartell’s because they are the only shop in my experience to have their act together consistently.

I have ADHD, which is hard enough to manage prescriptions with on a good day but especially hard with the recent meds shortage. The coal creek Bartell’s has always been super communicative and empathetic about limited supplies or delays, very knowledgeable about generic substitutes and options, and helped me get my refills scheduled quickly when other pharmacies would pretty much give up and send me out. One time they literally walked another pharmacy through how to transfer a prescription over the phone so that I could get it filled with them. Another time they coordinated with my dysfunctional doctors office directly to get the paperwork I needed for an essential refill.

In short.. this place rocks. Thank you Michael and the rest of the pharmacy staff for always giving exceptional service and helping this stressed out customer feel well cared for!

Michael in the pharmacy is the most helpful human on the planet!! I called several pharmacies trying to find my prescription and was continuously told it was out of stock everywhere. Michael took the time to help me find my prescription. Definitely recommend using this pharmacy.

Always does a good job of working with me and my doctor at getting my prescriptions, even if early. Pharmacists are very nice and helpful.

We LOVE our Bartell's in Newcastle! Our pharmacists have always been very helpful! We even get our shots there because Sharon is so good at giving them (even better than my doctor's office). Sharon has also caught possible drug interactions on my husband's prescriptions that have saved us from dealing with allergic reactions. We won't go anywhere else.

This Bartells is awesome, employees are nice and friendly, the manager man i cant remember his name is so helpful and nice, i want more packs of toilet paper and they are out, he told me to comeback thursday for restock, he is so helpful checking the stock room for me to make sure. Definitely coming back, i wish we have Bartells where we live.

Been going there since shortly after they opened. Always Great people and Great service. And no matter what one other person said here, I have always found the pharmacy folks to be MOST helpful, and courteous.

Very helpful and friendly. Happily synchronizing my prescriptions at no cost. I also enjoy the pleasant greeting I get whenever I enter the store.
