Mr. Mac Bountiful

Mr. Parry Lee was very professional, patient, knowledgeable and was very good at calming anxieties when we bought clothes for my son who is leaving on a mission this fall. We have nothing like Mr. Mac where we live in NC so taking a trip to the store while we were in UT was well worth our time and money. Mr. Lee had great insight for our son in regards to the shoes he would need and how to best maintain the & Collar shirts that we wanted to buy for him.

Professional but friendly. Took suits in to be altered. Did not have to wait. Have not got my suits back yet, but expect them to be perfect

Wow, this was one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had! Parry Lee was seriously one of the nicest dudes I have ever met in my life. He was able to help me find 90% of what I needed for my mission and at a really good price too! This is THE place to go if you are serving a mission!

Parry went above and beyond. He was incredibly helpful and kind. We came in to look at suits for my son. Parry listened to and respected my sons style preference showing him only items that are in tune with his style.
Our experience with Parry was positive and we will be back to visit Parry.

I had forgotten what real service looked like in American retail stores until I visited Mr. Mac in Bountiful last week. Parry Lee expertly assisted me in finding suits in my size, style, and price range - without pressure, without distraction, and with a tailor's eye for detail. Helped me try on jackets, personally measured and pinned the pants cuffs, and bantered pleasantly the whole time. Prices were great too. I can't say enough good about my experience there.

I love this place! I have bought 2 suits and 5 slacks from them in the past 3 years and they have been absolutely wonderful, they work with you to make sure what you get and how it fits is just right. Thank you Parry!

Dear matt, I wanted to write you a thank you note for our interview.
I have twenty years retail(not clothing) experience. I m rich in LDS culture. I have recent clothing experience from desert industries I'm looking for a long term job. This is close to my home for guy without car. In thinking about your commission base role, you might not want a guy limited on income. If, you would consider give me a base wages that gets me close to 1350 ( without going over). I would sell the heck out of suits and stay forever (until I stopped working). Very friendly and professional employees. It does not feel like a chore to get clothes here. Very fast to find the right suit. The tailoring to your size usually takes a week or so.

Wow! Mr Mac in Bountiful always shows up for me! Last minute suit needed for my son for a wedding the next day and Parry had it all ready to go within 15 minutes. Sycamore, the new alterations person, stayed late just to hem my son’s pants. This kind of service is what you can count on from local, home town, Mr. Mac!

I came from New Mexico to get missionary clothing for my son. They made it so easy and even enjoyable! It was definitely worth the trip! I’ll bring all of my future missionaries here!

Even though I didn’t spend any money, I did have some suits that needed to be altered. Parry was so kind and nice. He even made some funny jokes. He gladly took care of my needs. I will certainly come back to this store the next time I am in need of another suit. Thank you Parry!

Fantastic place to get dress clothes. My suit I bought seem to be of good quality. Love the free alteration. Very experienced employees to help you with every need. Picked up a few dress shirts that fit perfectly. Good tie selection with a wide variety of colors. One thing I did not expect was the Ecco shoes are the bomb, best shoes I have ever owned.

Parry was awesome. I needed a suit for an event, and told Parry what it was for. I walked out with a perfect suit shoes,belt,ties,and two new shirts. Best clothes shopping experience.

My brother and I paid for suits from the Logan location during the 2 for 1 sale back in October but I never had a chance to pick one out before I moved to Salt Lake shortly thereafter and never had a chance to go back. I explained my peculiar circumstance to Reed and Matt and they didn't hesitate at all to let me select a suit from their location, no charges and no questions asked. I can't say enough about the terrific service from both Reed and Matt.

Matt was great! He helped me find exactly what I wanted (30 minutes prior to a wedding). Then, he was able to hem them all within 10 minutes of me being there! I would highly recommend these professionals to anyone!

Have always had good experiences with this store. I brought back a suit after about 6 months recently due to some weird things happening with the material. Zero questions asked they took the suit back and measured me for a brand new one. It is experiences like that that bring me back.

Been to Mr. Mac many times and they have always gone above and beyond for me and my family. I appreciate their honesty and willingness to work with me on what I want.
Bottom line I will absolutely come back for future purchases.
