Lavish Vixxen Hair Extension Bar

I wish they had an "zero star option" I made an appointment over the phone asking for a trim and a silk press. I get there, sign in also stating I want a silk press and a trim, and they did not trim my hair and the silk press was horrible!! They told me the reason why the silk press didn't come out correctly it was because I hadn't gotten my hair trimmed... I repeated myself and said I asked for you to trim my hair as well.. the owner of the salon came up to me and grabbing my hair and cutting it anyway she wanted to and talking bad about my texture and the hair products that I use in my own hair and told me how I didn't know anything... secondly they had somebody that was at least 16 years old doing my hair this place was awful, unprofessional and everyone in there probably did not even have their hair license except for the owner I would never recommend anyone going there!!!!!!!!!!

I will be very skeptical when dealing with lavish vixxen including anyone or anything associated with it. There are a lot of fraudulent activities going on. Trust me. I was duped by the mother-in charge, Monique. Stay away!!!!

First of all I scheduled an appointment on line and the shop was closed. Why have the online appointment book if no one is monitoring it. I'm upset I have to leave for a trip and now I can't get my hair done. Terrible idea whoever thought of it.
