Ordered two items back on 06 NOV 2022 and haven’t been given a status update on the order. I’ve sent two emails and called multiple times. Hoping I’m not out the money and/or items.

Might want to consider going with a more reputable and responsive company.

This company lost out on a federal government sale worth $3K+ simply because I couldn’t find an 889 form on their website. I tried calling, but no one picked up. I also emailed, but received no response. Moving on to a different vendor.

First trying to get someone to pickup the phone takes forever. I ordered some rank, but ordered the wrong size. So I returned them for a refund. I paid the price of the product AND the $10 shipping. I returned the product and paid another $10 to ship them back. I received a refund today and did not receive the full amount. They deducted the shipping amount even though I paid for the shipping. If you want to be a good “small” company you return the shipping as well since the customer paid for it originally AND when they send it back. $28.34 originally (product + shipping); then I paid an extra $10 to return the product bringing my total cost of the order to $38.34. The refund was $18.09; making my total cost of transaction with BGuniforms $20.25; I can understand a 15% restocking fee, but the excuse that the company is a “small company” and we aren’t like Amazon” (direct words from their company) is unprofessional and bad for business. I will make sure neither me nor my agency purchases from this “small” company again.
