Very nice people. It was only my first appointment. Got x-rays set up a care plan. They're very realistic when it comes to your dental care plan. They are all very Non-judgmental crew. If you don't like going to the dentist and you haven't gone for some time, Or you are just looking for a step up from your current dentist office definitely call Complete Dental Health. My daughter and I always have such a great experience at Complete Dental Health. I have been with this dental service for nearly a decade now. After an unpleasant experience with a previous dental service, I was hesitent to go to the dentist but Complete Dental really changed that. I personally love going to the dentist because of how kind, patient, and understanding they are. They provide good helpful tips on how I can improve my dental regime. 10/10. Handled my extraction well and were encouraging and helpful when I had an unexpected panic attack. Wish I knew my nurses name because she was FABULOUS! And the dentist did a great job of getting it done quickly and comfortably.

I was completely satisfied with my experience. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, informative, and helpful with everything from scheduling, explaining their processes and exam findings, and checking in on how I felt throughout the exam. Highly recommend this clinic to all!

Dentists make me very nervous and these were some of the best. My cleaning from Evelyn was very thorough and I'm kinda a stickler about it. I was also impressed with her work when completing my fillings. The entire front desk is always perfect. Every time. Each visit has been better than the last and I always look forward to doing business with them.

The reception greeting was nice they explained the paper work well. The nurse and doctor were very helpful, explaining each step clearly. The detailed pictures gave me understanding of the inside of my mouth. Recommended!

We’ve been at Complete with our whole family for almost a year now and have been impressed. We were not at all happy with our previous dental service so we switched and have only good things to say. The front office ladies are helpful and efficient- they make navigating insurance mostly painless. When I was surprised by the number of cavities and problems our family had because of our poor previous service Dr. Schnapper took time to talk through my concerns, go over X-rays and discuss options until I felt satisfied with a plan to move forward. The hygienists have been great and I feel much more confident going forward knowing they’ll be taking care of my family long term.

The most friendly group of people I meet yesterday! I was running a bit late for my appointment but they got me in anyways with a smile. The hygienist was great! I highly recommend Complete Dental.

I have had nothing but a positive experience so far with Complete Dental Health in Albany. I went in after not having been to the dentist in awhile to have some repairs done on chipped fillings and a cleaning. The techs and the hygienists were very friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable and informed with what was going on. Dr. Schnapper was also excellent and he listened to all of the concerns that I had. I previously had a very, very bad experience with a dentist and had a lot of anxiety coming into Complete Dental Health but they totally turned around my dental experience! I will be seeing them for as long as I can and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the area! Thank you!

Alma (aka Denise) is among the best dental hygienists in the nation. She should be nominated for a Toothy, if you ask me. The Dentist has an all-seeing eye like Sauron seeking tooth decay rather than the one ring and the front desk staff operate like NASA's ground control during a space launch. Would highly recommend.

Dean is always very happy with his visits with Amanda. She is a great and competent Hygienist.

Our family has been seeing Dr. Matt Shapper for 10 years. He takes the time to explain the situation and every step of the procedure. He is always making sure the patient feels comfortable and well-informed. It is very unnerving for me to see a dentist because of my history with dental work. Dr. Shapper is very compassionate and I know I'm in good hands when he is working on my teeth. He genuinely cares about his patients' well-being, young or older. The kids love him too! The dental assistants are lovely and the ladies up front are friendly. This makes the office's environment very welcoming.

From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by a lovely few receptionists sitting up front, taken back by your dental assistant and they are all so happy and welcoming as well, not to mention that every time I’ve had to get shots in my mouth they are kind enough to rub your shoulder to take your mind off the pain of that. Then the dentists here are kind and explain everything to you while making you feel comfortable in not the most favorite thing we all like doing. I have never been treated so well in a dental office but everyone who works here is wonderful and worth my hour drive to get there. They make it fun to come to the dentist with their incredible personalities and how caring they are. Thank you all at Complete Dental Health for all you do.

After I night mare of a dentist at another clinic this was a breath of fresh air and I am not ever leaving! Dr Dane was so personable and his assistant was wonderfully sweet! My family is moving here as well.

I had an infection and needed to be seen I ended up needing 3 teeth extracted..they called me back immediately and they had me come in same day.. thank God cause I had the worst week of pain ever..Even as a 46 year old woman I'm scared of the dentist I get the worst anxiety ever but the dentist was gentle and let me know what was happening and I appreciate that they made me feel comfortable . the assistant held my hand and was even singing along with music playing.. I'm so grateful and relieved I feel like a new person.. you guys are awesome at Complete Dental and I will be back for my daughter and I to get check ups etc.. thank you guys so much 🙏😊
