stopped in to see what's new & exciting with modern mattresses. Like most folks, mine's way past due to replace. The store rep Adam was very professional and helpful. Not all "salesy" with me.
He took the time to show me all the cool new queen mattress sets. I chose a higher end quality set, and with the sale pricing I was very pleased and glad I stopped here at a local shop!

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Quality Sleep Mattress Store in Bellevue. I had gone on Labor Day and the owner, Tom, had taken the time to educate me on all the different types of mattresses and was very knowledgeable. I felt like he was a very honest man who sincerely had my best interests at heart. The whole experience was great and I ended up purchasing from the store. My experience here was considerably better then their competitor's such as mattress firm, Sears, and Macy's. Prices seemed to be very competitive and Tom was a pleasure to talk to. Would rate 6 stars if I could.

My husband and I spent a few hours in this store looking for a new bet setup. We have had our current bed for over ten years and it was time! We had our kids with us and the owner set them up with a movie and a few things to help entertain them. Tom was very knowledgeable of the different options and what we may prefer based on our sleep habits. We were very happy with our experience and were glad to support a local business.

I had gotten a referral by my Chiropractor to check Quality Sleep out. He mentioned that Tom and Lee are not pressure salesmen and are primarily interested in finding the best mattress for the specific needs of costumer. This was exactly what we experienced with Lee. Excellent sales service, we worked with Lee and he was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. What really make the experience great for us was the delivery - it's all in-house (not a third party delivery service) and they were professional and painless - we had them do a more complicated than normal install (taking an old mattress out, moving a mattress from one room to another, switching box springs) and they knocked it out quickly and without damaging anything. Will be doing all our future mattress buying here.

Today I visited the Quality Sleep Mattress store today in Bellevue. The store manager, Lee, assisted me. He was very knowledgeable about their products as well as some competitor products. He helped me decide on the best mattress for our needs, and I felt well cared for. I look forward to our new mattress being delivered and having our old one hauled away. I think we will have a much better sleep experience once the new one arrives!

Hannah, our salesperson, was great. She was very knowledgeable and let us take as much time as we needed to try out different mattresses. There was no pressure at all. Trey and David delivered our new mattress and were very nice and extremely careful as they had to take a king size mattress upstairs. We are very happy with the service we received from choosing a mattress to the delivery and set up.

The staff (agent and owner) were very friendly and patient, taking the time to explain and guide us through the various choices. Ultimately, they were able to provide a very competitive offer. To us, choosing a mattress and bed is a big and critical decision, and we couldn't do better than buying them at a local store, for the the same price as available online, with people who know who we are and who are committed to our satisfaction. Later we had no problems replacing our pillows. We feel we made the right choice in choosing this store and are very happy with our new mattress. We were also pleased with the delivery and assembly crew, who arrived on time and made sure to leave a clean room with a perfectly assembled bed.

After making the mistake of buying a mattress online without trying it first, we decided to risk it during the pandemic and try another one in person here. The store was clean and well maintained, and they provided good PPE for trying things out safely. The selection was great and we were able to find a great mattress for a great price! And they shipped it to us the next day!! Overall excellent experience.

I stopped by quality sleep in Bellevue today to try the new Instant Comfort Number Bed Q9 and I was so impressed! That is the most comfortable mattress I have ever laid on. The feet adjust. The head adjusts. I love that you can adjust it exactly to your body. Plus, the customer service was amazing. I tried almost all the mattresses and Tom was patient and explained the highlights of every model with a smile. He really listened to me and tried to match me to the best bed for me, not just all the most expensive one. They also have pillows, mattress covers, sheets and free delivery. Such a great store and a wonderful experience! I highly recommend this place.

My wife and I spent 4 months at 10 different mattress stores in the Seattle area shopping for the right mattress for us, and Quality Sleep was by far the best experience we had. We came across this store because they had all three new Tempurpedic ProAdapt models we wanted to try. Yvonne spent 5 hours helping us find the right mattress answering all our questions. When it came time to make our decision, Lee helped us find every possible discount we can get, which included getting a price match from different competitive online stores. Our mattress was delivered and installed by great professionals. We now love our new mattress :) highly recommended.

Good selection of beds are available in the showroom to help you make a good decision. The layout is straightforward and easy to allow comparisons. The sales staff are helpful but respectful to give you time to consider and compare on your own. The return policy is a great insurance in case the bed does not work out. Price match guarantee is also very useful.

I ordered a bed frame from Ethan Allen and they didn't tell me, i needed a platform for my bed frame . i work right across from Quality mattress and asked if they could have it deliver the platform the same day . they were able to get me in for same day delivery.. Thanks Lee for your help and my next purchase for mattresses will be at quality Sleep Mattress. great service!

Yvonne was great and all ended well and we are very happy with our mattress. That being said I would have two recommendations. The mattress that you test in the store may be different from the new one you receive. Maybe fat people tested it a number of times and made it feel softer. We had to return the first purchase as it was hard as a rock unlike the one we tested in the store. Second suggestion is, prepare to wait at least the full ten days or longer for delivery. This may be a problem on the supplier for the box springs. Lee was most helpful in trying to expedite matters. Again I would like to thank Yvonne for her patience and personality throughout the whole purchase.

Absolutely Wonderful customer experience buying from Quality Sleep. Lee went above and beyond helping me pick out a good mattress that fit everything I was looking for. Delivery was fast and they even set everything up for me. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and will certainly do business with them again.

Our sales rep was inordinately knowledgeable. He helped us find the perfect mattress to accommodate the needs of my girlfriend and I.
Everything was reasonably priced and was delivered faster than I could have ever expected! We will be shopping at quality sleep first from now on. Great service!

We called Quality Sleep in Bellevue, because we were trying to find a family owned business to work with us on 3 critical needs:

1. We needed 2 top quality mattresses for our home.

2. We needed to buy from someone who would deliver to the island where we live.

3. Living very busy lives, we had only ONE day, out of the next 60 days, when we could take delivery.

Lee, the store manager, answered the phone. He was attentive, passionate about providing excellent service, promised to delivery to our remote location on the one day we had available. He even commented, "I commit to the delivery, and the store owner Tom, is standing right beside me. Tom just said, ' if necessary, he would deliver the mattresses himself."' Lee and Tom delivered on everything they promised! Great people, selling great products, with great knowledge and dependability. I would buy from them again!
