These people are literally the best! I have alot of dental anxiety from alot of dental work and have never felt as safe as I did here! Makes sure your questions are answered and that you're comfortable.

Still all smiles. I actually look forward to these appointments. Kim is always ready with fresh ideas for home care and enthusiasms for successfully implementing her ideas. A joyful, considerate human.

All the staff I've engaged with in conversation feel so much more like family with their encouragements and supportive tales, whether about teeth, or gardening, or where to go for what.

I appreciate that Dr. Tidwell is fully involved, and checks my teeth after every cleaning.

Really a family practice with an open-hearted inclusion feel.

Kim does an excellent job on my teeth and gum massage, all the while checking that the temperature is fine and finding enjoyable topics to discuss during a pause.
I am also impressed with Dr. Tidwell and his efforts at bettering teeth in countries with poor healthcare.

The receptionist staff was all ready with my insurance and clarified some questions as well. I will recommend Mid-valley Dental to anyone who askes.

This is a superb dentist office. Front desk folks and the dentist, Dr Kidwell, are exceptionally cordial and diligent. Had several procedures, some difficult, with sucess.

This dental office was a great find. Dr. Tidwell is competent, thorough, and very ethical - the needs of the patient come first. The hygienist I saw (Kim) is also very thorough and has an excellent touch. Everyone in the office is cheerful and the atmosphere is pleasant and informal. Moreover, the cost is reasonable. Just what I've been looking for!

Dr. Tidwell and his staff are absolutely wonderful! My regular dental provider refused to help me with an implant that was placed over a decade ago in another state simply because they did not place it. So I came to Dr. Tidwell feeling worried, anxious, and upset about the situation. Dr. Tidwell is conservative, ethical, kind, gentle, and highly competent. I don’t know if he understands how much it means to have someone say, “We can take care of that. Here’s the plan.“ You simply cannot put value on that. In addition, his entire staff is full of friendly and helpful people. They immediately put me at ease. I left feeling happy, relieved, and calm. Needless to say, I will be changing my insurance. Dr. Tidwell is wonderful and I would recommend him and his entire staff to anyone.

It had been 6 years since I had been to a dentist, so had to fill out a new set of paperwork; the receptionist was very attentive, courteous and helpful during that process. The hygienist (Gena) who gave me my long-overdue cleaning was incredibly efficient, adept and friendly, and I was very pleased with how pain-free the process was. Dr. Tidwell was very amiable and knowledgeable and I am very glad that I have chosen Mid-Valley for my dentistry needs.

Always a great experience. Lisa does a wonderful job making you feel welcome and makes sure you understand your bill. Gina always does a great job cleaning and explaining what she's doing so you know what to expect. Very caring person. Dr. Tidwell does an excellent job and I plan to continue seeing him.

The entire staff at Mid Valley Dental is always top notch. They are always very friendly and do extremely good work.

Lisa, (the front office person) is always allot of fun to talk with and she is always very helpful and accommodating. Brian Tidwell (my dentist) is the best dentist I have had and will be my dentist for the foreseeable future. He is very thorough and a bit of perfectionist, which makes for a great dentist. And he has great bedside manor and is very understanding of peoples situation. My dental hygienist is also great at her job. She takes time to explain everything to you so you know exactly what to expect and what is going on. And she gives great advice wherever she can on things that would help you. And she truly cares about her patients.

Overall I really can't recommend them highly enough. I always steer any person I can in their direction. I have found a great home here for all my dental needs.

I once again had a very positive experience with the friendly and professional staff at mid-valley dental. We originally came long ago for Dr. Hata. We stayed through the personnel changes because our hygienist, Kathy, is the best. Now we also value the whole current staff and the positive experiences we have there.

The office got me in really quickly as I thought I had a major problem going on with a tooth. Dr. Tidwell's assessment of my presumed problem made me sigh with relief. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and will give you what is necessary to make you the most comfortable you can be in a dentist chair. The personnel in this office treat you with friendliness and respect.

I have been going to Mid-Valley Dental for a number of years and was concerned when the previous owner retired and new dentists came in. I love this group! I just spent a lot of time in the past 10 months ona major procedure and the outcome is outstanding. My teeth are really happy! Thank you Dr Tidwell and all of the staff.

Dr. Brian Tidwell is an excellent dentist. He has done a crown and root canal for me, and replaced several amalgam fillings (which were cracking my teeth) with resin fillings, and I've had no more problems. He is a master at administering novacaine - I never worry about going to the dentist anymore! He is clear about dental treatment choices and doesn't suggest unnecessary procedures. The technicians are very experienced, too. I highly recommend Dr. Tidwell, and the friendly staff at Mid-Valley Dental Associates.

I am a combat veteran with PTSD and it is excruciatingly hard to lay back in a chair and be in such a vulnerable, painful situation. The assistant Julie was very kind, and Dr. Brian got my wisdom tooth out as fast as possible, and gave me a break so I didn’t hyper-ventilate. 1000 times better than the VA! Thanks Julie & Brian!
