This facility is outstanding. The managing personnel provide top quality services. The options for storage is unbelievable. Clean, organized and easily assessable. Love the security and convenience to my home. Been a customer for over 12 years or more.

Shumeka is the truth! She was friendly, kind, and helpful. She calmed my fears about storage and gave me a great rundown and assurance. The facilities are clean and have those fake owls to keep away rodents. Thankful for a great facility to store my belongings. All of my items in the 26’ uHaul fit perfectly. Shumeka was able to tell me what size unit to pick based on the truck I had. Thanks.

Our experience with AAAA storage was awesome. Mrs. Shumeka Brown was very professional and helped us pick the unit we wanted in a timely manner. We needed one that very moment and she waisted no time, I was surprised how easy the process was and how she explained everything and made everything very simple while providing outstanding customer service! I just want to say how professional & very helpful the Store Manager Shumeka Brown was. She provided my wife and I with a simple solution to store our items while we wait for our home to be built. I normally don’t post reviews but considering my interaction with the manager on 7/25/2021 when I went in to tour the facility I had to give her the accolades that she deserved. She was very professional while still being personable, friendly & went above and beyond to get my business as I had already reserved another unit at another facility. The climate controlled unit that I viewed was clean and I being a woman will not be concerned if I have to visit by myself.

First and foremost, the service at AAAA Storage the County Drive location has been the absolute best. Shumeka, the store manager has expressed extreme professionalism by giving me a tour and meeting all of my expectations as a customer. With my confidence in the quality of the storage units and my the great customer service I experienced, I referred a co-worker to rent from AAAA storage. If I ever find myself needing storage again, I will definitely come back.

Good job Shumeka! You are always smiling and very welcoming. I really enjoyed the last community event. I wish it was at least twice a year, the other tenants really enjoyed the event as well. Shumeka was very friendly and greeted me when I walked into the business. I told her I was interested in renting a unit, Shumeka was very helpful in breaking down the prices for each unit, she took me to the units so that I could see the two different units that I was interested in. Great service and a definite asset to the company. Very glad I picked this company to rent from.

Shumeka was a great help with calming my fears about storing my materials. She assured me my items would be safe. She was able to tell me what size storage needed based on the size of the Uhaul I had. For not have securing a place ahead of time it was comforting getting this location right away.

I had an outstanding experience dealing the with miss Danielle. Yes the place is very clean and well kept, but the customer service by this young woman was completely outstanding. Some times I'm a little slow with how things work but she was very detailed and articulated her self in a way that I can understand. And she was always smiling. Great CS I will also recommend this place for anyone who needs to store their belongings just be sure to ask for Danielle.

This is some of the best customer service I have received since moving to this area. Shumeka is bar none customer oriented and tells it like it is. Ms.Shumeka Brown the store manager is way better than the last store manager Laura (the weird one). Ms. Brown is always cleaning out units, as well making sure the main store front is always clean too. I believe she deserves a raise. She is always friendly and is always helpful. Ms. Shemeka Brown, who is that branch Manager is awesome, very friendly lady, my wife and I enjoy her company and she is a great person. Always willing to help when we have a question and she cares for us, always gives us the best customer service and attention. She is lovely.

I would highly recommend. I needed a last minute storage so I did the Internet search for my area. I was able to do everything from my iphone. I went into the office and was greeted by Ms. Shumeka. Wow a very friendly familiar face. It turned out she used to help me at a Chester location. She helped me finish out my contract, assisted with a new lock, and made the process a breeze. I didn’t feel rushed through yet it was still a speedy process. The unit and the business area in general was very clean, felt safe, and as if my personal belongings would be just fine there. The size of my unit was nice and at an affordable rate. Ms. Shumeka has a great bubbly personality, very knowledgeable in every area of my concern, she listened to every question and concern I had attentively. I think she should be recognized as an outstanding employee because she is most definitely an asset to the business. Thank you AAAA and an extra thank you to Ms. Shumeka.....

I was looking for a storage unit for a while and didn’t like what they were offering me. Until I called AAAA storage, and Mrs. Shumeka guide me to the right unit, even bigger than the one I was looking for, and for an affordable price, comparing others storage units stores.

The service was awesome, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a storage unit!

Shumeka was wonderful! She was very patient with me and made sure I stayed on top of my payments. If it wasn’t for her I honestly don’t know what I would do. AAAA is truly lucky to have an Manager like her. Go girl!
