Homewood Suites by Hilton Jackson

The staff at Homewood Suites is amazing! They were helpful with all of our questions throughout our stay and even helped find babysitting services for us so that we could enjoy a night out on the town while the kiddos stayed at the room. The hotel might be slightly dated, but it's quiet, conveniently located so that it's walking distance all the main attractions in Jackson (sits on the same street at the rodeo and Snake River Brewing, only two blocks from the main square and The Bunnery) and affordable (for what the rest of Jackson is charging). I would definitely recommend it as a place to stay.

We loved our stay at Homewood Suites. Super clean, very comfortable, caring and welcoming staff. The suite rooms are too cute. They’ve really thought of everything to make your stay very nice.

Note: if you’re bringing your dog, be aware that there isn’t much grass around the hotel or the surrounding area to relieve them. You need to get creative.

Wonderful little hotel in the town of Jackson. The rooms have 3 rooms. A kitchen/family room, a bathroom, and a bedroom. They also have a fireplace in which I haven't seen many when I stay in Hilton hotels. When we were going to our car to drive to the Grand Teton's they had fresh cookies in the lobby.

Great location, facilities, and super Staff (thanks, Tony). Exceeded my expectations.

We stayed 6 wonderful and memorable nights here and our experience was fantastic. As Diamond members we really appreciated the the staff and facilities, clean, comfortable, well maintained, and the staff is absolutely wonderful. Veronica took care of us at breakfast every day with different options all 6 days we were there, thanks Veronica! Annie was awesome to talk to and had lots of restaurant suggestions and handle our requests, hope your knee heals in time for winter! Katrina also gave us great suggestions for food and sights to see and was fun to talk with. Heidi did a great job handling our reservation and was very kind and accommodating and understanding. Lastly Guillaume had great suggestions for us on the north loop, unfortunately we didn't see a lot of wildlife on this trip, but check out all the pictures on the first floor in the lobby, breakfast area and hallways, he took every photo and they are simply amazing, what a talent. The location is great, walk to the center of town in less than 5 minutes. All the fellow residents were great to chat with, for the staff we didn't meet we want to say thanks for a great stay and thanks to this property for the amazing memories.

The room was spacious and clean! My kids loved the pool and breakfast. The proximity to town was perfect. I would stay here again for sure!

What a gem of a hotel! Parking was great, and I could walk to downtown in just a few steps. The staff were incredibly friendly, and my suite was so comfy! I had everything I needed in the kitchenette, and I even had a gas fireplace to keep me warm. They serve a full breakfast for guests, and the views are great too! I will definitely stay here again.

A+ staff. Heidi and Tony are great and made us feel welcome every time we walked by. Our expectations were very high given the price point and we felt all the boxes were checked. This will be our spot when we return to Jackson.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary in Jackson and stayed at the Homewood Suites in Jackson. Heidi and Annie were both great to work with and went above and beyond to make our extended weekend special. Thank you!

The hotel is located on the north end of the town of Jackson making it quick and easy to get to the national parks and was a short walk to the town square with plenty of shopping and restaurants.

The room was clean and spacious, and we really enjoyed the fireplace on the cold fall morning and evenings.

Location is excellent. Great free breakfast & staff is super nice & helpful. Clean rooms. Great hot tub. Indoor pool cold tho. Nice view from rooms. Walkable to town square. Only complaint would be the pocket door in the bathroom. Hard to open & close. Hard to get a grip on the little metal piece.

Always my preferred hotel when staying in Jackson. Its location makes it easy to walk to anything in town. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are clean. Each room has a small kitchen and a separate bedroom. This hotel is very nice and not as pricey as other hotels in the area

The best part of our stay was speaking with and learning from Kyle at the front desk. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and is a wealth of information, in addition to being very pleasant to speak with. As a newcomer I learned a lot from him and had my stay been longer, I’m sure I would have asked many more questions of him.

With regard to the hotel itself - other reviewers have said the rooms are a bit small, and that is true; however, they are quiet and very nicely appointed (each room has a gas fireplace- very nice) and the location is very convenient to shopping and dining in Jackson. You could park you car and leave it and do everything in town on foot from this location.

I would absolutely recommend this place if you’re skiing Jacksonhole. It’s walking distance from everything & we got the most bang for our buck.

1. Food: They change up their breakfast menu up daily & they also serve dinner on certain days. The best part are their 7pm freshly baked cookies, so delicious!

2. Shuttle system: we saved so much money since we didn’t have to get a rental car. We either walked or shuttled everywhere & just tipped the driver every time.

3. Customer service: the concierge are always so accommodating with every request we made & always greeting us when we walked by.

Not to mention the room was spacious and very comfortable!

Very nice hotel with one of the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. The breakfast was excellent and rotated day to day. The had a complimentary social on Tuesday and Wednesday nights. If it’s raining ask the front desk for a umbrella to visit the town.

Easy, fast service. All staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Facilities and rooms were nice and clean. Great location too! I'll be back again.

Being overhauled during our stay, but staff awesome and clean facility.

We absolutely loved our stay! The kitchenette and living room with a fireplace was great to have. Location was perfect and close to everything including the elk refuge. The bag breakfast had a good selection. Loved the convenience area in the lobby and it saved our bacon when a family member came up sick and needed pepto bismol. It is dated but in relatively good condition and clean. Fun pool and hot tub! Very family friendly.

We loved this hotel! It's super clean and well appointed. We loved that there was a kitchen. There is no oven but we cooked on the cooktop and it worked very well. The kitchen is pretty well stocked and there is even a toaster. We loved the fireplace. The bed is comfortable and it's nice that it has its own separate room. The bathroom mirror is amazing! They left a couple of bottles of water in the room which was great because we were super thirsty when we got in. The staff are super nice and we liked that they put as by the exit so that we could easily get our puppies outside to walk. There is a pet area right outside and they have stocked pet stations with high quality bags. I think it was $50 for our pet fee with two puppies for two nights. It's in a great location and we were able to walk all around the town which is super cute. There is a delicious vegan restaurant the next street over which I highly recommend! I think it was called soluna? So good! The hotel is on the end of the street and it's very quiet. It's also close to grand Teton national park. It's 7 mins from the start of the park. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice suite including full kitchen with everything you would need to serve a nice meal. Newly remodeled room, very clean. We were very comfortable. The hotel is undergoing renovations in their lobby area, but out stay was not affected. Nice touch with the Easter bag filled with treats on our door from the staff. Great stay, would return to this hotel.

This is review is long over due. I have been here twice within two months. I was able to get a room that I had previously which was a comfortable feel. This hotel is dog friendly which surprised me, but at least I know where I can stay the next time I come back. The pool was down at the time of my 2nd visit, but the hotel offered reasonable accommodations if I would have had my heart set on swimming. I settled for soaking in the large tub in my room. I was able to do my laundry on site which kept me geared up for my next assignment. The meals were great during both of my stays. The chocolate chip cookies and milk at night made for the perfect finish of the day. I want to thank all the staff for the great service I received. I stayed in October and November of 2017.
