The halibut fish and chips are the best! We love being able to get that in Corvallis. Also the strawberry milkshakes are fresh and delicious. Thanks! We enjoy the crisp French fries, coleslaw and tartar sauce too. Thanks again! Everyone is super nice at the resraurant.

A lovely little diner with very friendly staff. Breakfast lunch and dinner!

And PSA they are very generous with the gravy when you order the biscuits!

Great atmosphere! Their outdoor area has string lights. They have an awesome kids corner, also booster chairs and high chairs. The employees are polite and experienced. Inside, they bring your food straight to you using a number system.

I cannot say enough good things about Burgerville. Impeccable food prep and Ingredients, always fresh and delicious. They have amazing new allergen friendly options that are delicious and fun! A dairy free milkshake with chocolate?! That's unheard of at a "fast food" place. I gladly drive to Burgerville from Salem as it's absolutely worth it. Please come to Salem Burgerville, we need your delicious food in our Capital.

Great food, local ingredients and we just had the nicest most awesome service from Raui

While I have had one or two bad experiences with the food here, I'm leaving this review to highlight the staff tonight specifically. I came pretty late (~10:30) and ordered a meal, and their fryer wasn't working correctly, and they worked fast to fix it and make sure i got my food. I had to wait a little bit, but they were very kind and apologetic. Being in food service is hard, being in fast food is harder, I am nothing but impressed for how they handled the situation, the food was fresh and warm and delicious, and all I wish is that I had the ability to have tipped them more once my food was brought to me in my parking space.

Surprised, wouldn't have guessed it would be any good. Inside eating area was clean, tables were comfortable and service was on point.
Enjoyed our burgers and fries which were fresh and very tasty.

Update: Changed to 5 stars because of how much I love the vegan shakes. The waffle cone nut butter bliss shake should be a year round option it's that good!

The vegan options here are delicious. The plantville vegan burger is 10/10! The fries are also tasty and perfect to dip in the many options of vegan bliss shakes. Best fast food burgers in town!

My husband and I ate here for the first time today sep. 7th /23 around 3pm. I can't recall the general managers name, but he was excellent! Great customer service. Very accommodating and kind. Everyone there was excellent 👌 👏 👍 great crew. Great food. The blazing chicken sandwich was delicious. And the chicken tenders were also delicious. Just the right crispy and still juicy. The marion berry Lemonade was very good and the Hazelnut/chocolate shake was yummy! The sauces were excellent as well! All in all, great experience. Thanks so much guys! 👏

Quick service, good food. Seating inside and outside. We took our number outside and we were waiting for food, An unhappy employee brought out our milkshakes because apparently you are supported to wait for your shake before seating, I didn't know that. Other than that, everything was great.

So I was taking an Uber eats order today and the guy working the counter, Raul had amazing customer service and vibes! Please keep him around. It was dinner rush and a lot of the people ordering couldn’t even crack a smile. But even upon receiving an order back because something wasn’t made right he still had the most positive attitude I had seen in a while.

Very polite service, decent food and pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

Burgerville is always one of my favorite places to go. Glad I got to go when they had walla walla onion rings, which they only have have a limited time once a year, I believe. The food is always done well and tasty. The line is usually long and sometimes there is a wait.

Love Burgers outside of my town fun to eat where I don't get the chance often. The staff were great very helpful.

Even though Burgerville is a little more expensive than say McDonald's it has gluten-free buns and I happen to be gluten free and it is so nice to go somewhere and just get a hamburger and not have to take it out of the bun and transfer to the bun that's gluten free that you brought with you spilling it all in your lap.
