I called the office to reserve a unit and Fallon was very helpful and efficient, making the booking process fast and easy. They recognized our name from a previous contact and couldn’t have been more pleasant. We’ll definitely rent with Corvallis Self Storage again in the future!

Just rented a storage unit for the summer and the process was very easy and very detailed. They were willing to work with me and gave me half off the first months rent… Definitely recommended it to other students. Grant was super helpful in the process

On line system works great, everything was done with few clicks then just showed up to sign and get my key and the gate code. Storage was clean and very accesible, support is so friendly, I was not doing correctly with the code to leave the premise on a Sunday and they went to help me in less than 30 minutes.

Came in to inquire about a unit, wasn't sure what I was needing. The manager, Falyn, was quite helpful & friendly and she helped me settle on the right unit. Price & regulations are fair as compared to other places I've used in the past. As other reviews said, the grounds could use some updating; but, it's an older location, they can't all be perfect and new & I can see where they have already begun improvements. I did mention the conditions of the facility to Falyn and she said that was something, as a new manager, she was working with the company to rectify. My unit was clean when I got it so that's not an issue; overall, very satisfied.

There’s guys are great! I have had my stuff in their storage for over a year. They have been very secure, very helpful and I truly appreciate them. I drive all the way from the coast to store my stuff with them! Thanks Corvallis Self Storage!

Prices are very good , especially when you are a student. Falyn set me up in an easy access location, that was secure and perfect for storing my items over an extended summer break. Highly recommend.

Very courteous staff. Jimmy helped me over the phone and so when my son and I arrived, we were all set. It's not the prettiest storage facility but that doesn't matter to us at all! It serves the purpose and we are happy. It 's conveniently located in Corvallis.

I know there have been people that have had issues with this storage place. But I can only honestly say that me and my wife's experience has been nothing but good. We've been renting a 5x10 unit since February of this year, and we have had no problems with leaks, or any other issues. Staff has been friendly and professional. I'm sorry that some people have had issues, but they have been good to us.
