Big Lots

Super friendly staff and some good deals on stuff. Dont sleep on big lots.. Not sure why they are easy to forget about but they have good things in there. Go see. I got some sweet beach towels for like 7 bucks.. they have neat snack in there too. Plus they do rewards a d big furniture pieces.. this is your reminder to go there and not just to kill time on Black Friday.

Randy in furniture was exceptional help to me. This was after their website was a total screw-up from start to finish. DO NOT use the website and expect to get things done right.

I went in to return a Bluetooth speaker that my man had purchased. The cashier asked me to bare with her, as she was overwhelmed, and trying to assist another customer. I told her I wanted to do a little shopping anyway, could she hold the speaker and receipt until I was ready to check out! I ended up being paged to the front of the store, by my ride.. she was ready to go, so I had to check out right then.. there was a completely different cashier working at that register.. but somehow, she knew the speaker on the counter was mine, and happily did the return for me! I was very pleased with the customer service at Big Lots today!!

Great experience at Big Lots in Albany. My wife and I have been looking for a new table. We had searched high and low, but all the ones we found were too small or overpriced. Big Lots had the perfect table at an amazing price. Eric helped us and he was fantastic. We will definitely return to Big Lots in Albany.

ALWAYS a great experience at our Albany Big Lots! store always clean, plenty of friendly employees to help, clean and available bathrooms, clearance clearly marked, regular priced items always clearly tagged, and well lit, EASY parking spots! kudos!

Great storage bin selection, ALL the pillows, nice looking furniture, very snazzy outdoor gazebos and outdoor furniture. Really appreciated the freeze dried fruit and cereal selection. My daughter was ecstatic over the stroopwafels. :D We found exactly the curtains we needed, and stocked up on batteries!

We really love the seasonal items Big Lots carries, a good selection and prices for fall decor, Halloween and Christmas.

The Albany store is awesome. They were willing to hold a pool for me so that I could drive from Eugene to Albany after work today. I am so grateful thank you Big Lots. And the people there are so nice!

I recommend this place highly. Good prices on almost every thing. The workers help out with all your needs dealing with showing you were the items are or steer you in the right direction.

Every time I've been there the service has been fantastic! They always have good deals going. We bought a Christmas tree there and lots of other stuff. I'll always go back....

Ok this store is a little different in that they don't always have everything you want. But they have great prices, and every single employee I have run into has been fantastic.

Its a yearly tradition to buy a ton of Big Lots exclusives around the holidays for gifts at the office and cheap seasonal decor items. Checkout dude was funny and personable.

Always a pleasure going to a fav store that has a great fun crew family orientated. Friendly and very very helpful with a very wide varity of everything from household items. That covers all ways of living assortment of good food etc etc etc ill keep comming back it works for my family

I didn't find what I was looking for but the employees were friendly and engaging. They answered questions in a knowledable fashion. The store was clean and easy flowing.

Big lots is the best low prices name brand stuff I love always being able to find different name brand things here. Amazing selections of house hold goods bedding kitchen bathroom you name it and cheap

Store is is very comfortable, was cold outside but inside was warm and the staff was very friendly , I stayed for about 2 hours just looking and shopping .You the Boss Big Lots , A+
