Lexington at Jackson Hole Hotel & Suites

Delightful stay; loved the hot tub, the shuttle to/from airport and Jackson Hole Ski Resort; breakfast, lobby coffee and cold drinks, and fresh baked cookies in the PM. Beds were good; room spacey with suitable mini-fridge. Hotel is old but not an issue, with the exception of the bathroom vent which was connected to the only light switch and sounded like a jet engine; and the room coffee machine which did not produced coffee that was drinkable. Also an option to the bulky, hard pillows would have been nice.

We’ve stayed here for the last 7 years and absolutely LOVE it!! They have the best staff! Breakfast is wonderful. Convenient to town, daily shuttle to the village for skiing, airport shuttle service, you name it and these folks do it well! When anyone asks us where to stay in JH we ALWAYS recommend The Lexington!

Great staff, they are always ready to share their favorite dining locations, fishing holes, wildlife sitings and quiet hiking trails; the rooms are spacious and super clean. I love the cozy lobby fireplace area and fresh cookies. Where everything is going up in price, this gem caters to families and adventures at an affordable rate.

Great location within walking distance to nearly everything. We rented a car but if you are staying in town this hotel offers shuttle service to/from airport and to skiing. You may not need a car for your stay. Much fresher breakfast than most hotels. Very clean rooms. All staff we encountered at front desk, breakfast room and housekeeping were very nice, friendly and helpful.

We stayed at hotel for 5 nights. We were picked up at Airport and took the daily shuttle to Jackson Hole ski resort. Everything was wonderful. Large spacious room with comfortable beds. Daily breakfast buffet. Very nice indoor hot tub in a separate building. Very walkable to all the Jackson Hotel shops and restaurants a few blocks away. We would gladly stay here again if we return to Jackson Hole.

Our stay at the Lexington Hotel in Jackson Hole, WY, was once again delightful. The entire staff was not only friendly but also incredibly informative and attentive, making our experience truly memorable. The end-of-December prices were reasonable, and the rooms were both clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a complimentary breakfast.

However, what truly set this stay apart was Wen. As my wife aptly put it, "Wen, you make this place." My son and I couldn't agree more. Wen, your personal touch and genuine warmth made us feel like old friends returning to one of our favorite spots. Your exceptional service goes beyond expectation, and for that, we are sincerely grateful.

A special thank you for the thoughtful card and the stuffed animal for our son – those little touches made our stay even more special. Wen, thank you always for being you and for making our time at the Lexington Hotel so memorable.

First trip to JH and loved the Lexington. Shuttle to and from airport was easy. Rooms were spacious, breakfast was good, easy walk to square. Staff went out of there way to make everything friendly.

The location of this hotel could not be better! The proximity to shopping and dining plus activities is perfect! Very clean and fresh with the most comfortable beds and heated flooring was a huge plus! The breakfast offered something for everyone and the staff was constantly cleaning and refilling as the mornings progressed. We will be back next year!

Great location, walkable to dining, shopping, the town square, bars and other amenities close by. Priceless to have a parking so close to downtown Jackson, very comfortable rooms beds & pillows, the best made ice cream in town is just a block away. Friendly staff, awesome service, breakfast is another plus to stay here, very variable and choices for everyone.
Definitely will stay again.

I can not believe what an amazing service we had throughout our entire stay!! The Check in staff were extremely accommodating as we had to change our room layout. Wen was extremely informative about place to go and gave us enough activity’s for 5 days. Staff is super attentive, friendly, and informative. It’s very close to town square, everything is a couple minutes out which is super convenient. So glad we choose this hotel as our stay, so pleased !! Thank you Wen!!!!

Great location in Jackson Hole with everything we needed - a shuttle to and from the airport and ski resort, great breakfast, clean rooms, directions and suggestions for dinner/things to do. The hotel was walking distance to everything downtown. The staff was incredible from the day we called to book the room to the day we checked out. We will be back!

We had an amazing stay at the Lexington! We stayed in a one bedroom suite it was perfect for me my husband and toddler. Beds were super soft and comfortable. Staff was so friendly and helpful, lots of breakfast options and a super easy walk to the square. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very close to everything. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were offered fresh cookies when we walked in the door. The room was clean, and the bathroom was the most spacious I have ever been in for a hotel. The shower was very nice, not the usual white tub but actual tile with a control to heat the tile floors.
Breakfast was good! I'd definitely stay here again!

The cleanest rooms and most comfortable beds ever. Very friendly, professional staff. Great breakfast offerings, in a very clean dining area. Good location, and a timely, friendly free airport shuttle. We'll be back!

Very much enjoyed our stay at Lexington for 7 days. Location is great, short walk to town square, easy drive going north or south. All of the staff were helpful, courteous and accommodating to our needs. Clean and comfortable rooms. Included breakfast buffet is a definite step up from the usual with fresh cooked items and many other good items. This is a very good value for the price, reasonable for the area's best options.

We had a great 4 day stay at the Lexington. We love the location and it is an easy walk to the center of town. We booked a suite this time and loved it (we are a repeat customer because the Lexington gives us everything we were looking for). Breakfast is included and it a full hot breakfast.

I chose the Lexington because of its proximity to the town square. I wanted a quick walk to dining and shopping options. The rooms are very nice with comfortable bedding and heated floors. There is a heated pool and hot tub on the property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay again next time I visit Jackson Hole.

Great for a two-night stay in Jackson Hole. Room was spacious and clean and staff were friendly and welcoming. The complimentary hot and cold buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day. The close proximity to town square allowed us to walk to most restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this Lexington location in Jackson, WY.
The Maintenance staff is incredibly nice and courteous. The exterior looks incredible with new paint and updates. The outdoor common space is kept clean with beautiful flowers and green space. The laundry area was a plus. It was clean and easy to use.
Everyone was very helpful and kind.
Can’t wait to return again one day. 🙂

Hotel was wonderful. room was exactly what i needed super clean, no odor, huge bed with plenty of pillows. Quiet so i slept well and front desk staff is A++++++++++++++++ no questions left unanswered. Wish all hotels were like this in term of customer service
