Courtyard by Marriott Pasco Tri-Cities Airport

One of the best experiences I've ever had at a hotel. Although they were overbooked (technical glitch), they refunded my entire hotel stay AND booked me a spot at the nearby Best Western. They paid for my shuttle between the two hotels, a snack, and offered to give me Marriott points for my reservation. The staff were extremely apologetic and expertly handled a tough situation. Amazing service at this Marriott branch!!!

This is the best courtyard Marriott I have ever stayed at. The gym was incredible! One of the nicest hotel gyms I’ve ever seen. The hotel was only like 100 yards from the entrance to the airport. Rooms were nice and clean, I wish every courtyard in the country was like this one.

We had a great experience at The Courtyard last night. Check in was perfect ... the gentlemen was super friendly and efficient. He treated us like valuable customers. This morning I was a bit early to breakfast and the young lady working said, "No problem," and took care of me right away. Great hotel, great staff. We will definitely be back.

What a memorable one night experience. I was in town for business in WWV and decided to stay closer to the airport and so glad I did. Not only was check-in quick and easy, the staff were absolutely amazing. I stopped by the bar for a quick bite and nightcap and seemed to have left making two new friends in Dellaina and Shanta. From the time I sat down to the time I left, we laughed and shared a few life experiences like we were old friends catching up. There's definitely a value add when you have employees like Dellaina and Shanta to your team. Their outstanding customer service made me feel special but for some reason, I think they're just authentically good people that values a high level of customer service. Good job ladies and I'm sending a big ole cyber hug you way!

I have stayed at this Marriott several times and each time was greeted with a friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are always clean.

Haven’t stayed in the rooms, but it’s a clean lobby with a nice bar and restaurant. Friendly service, lots of spots to enjoy a meal or drink without it being to crazy. Booths with tvs and a large outdoor seating area with relaxing chairs and a fireplace when it’s colder.

I chose this hotel because I could literally walk across the parking lot and be at the airport for my 5AM flight, but it turns out the hotel is not just convenient, it's really nice! The rooms were cute and stylish, there's a great gym and pool. . . my partner and I actually thought we might stay there just for a night out of town (we live an hour or so away). Everything is really new, super-clean, and nice! Staff were really kind too.

Staff were friendly and accommodating, rooms were nice and well-maintained, and location was conveniently near the airport for early flights and the highways.

I wish there were a few more food options nearby, but the hotel cannot be beat - very clean with super-efficient and friendly staff. This is probably my favorite Courtyard, and I've been to at least 20.

Our bathroom shower was good, except a wall panel on there wasn't sealed at the bottom and I am sure they will have mold at some point soon. However, it was clean and tidy. Np real issues. Could have walked to the airport terminal from there if we wanted to.

I had an extremely laid back pleasant stay. For an unpopulated area this was perfect for what I was looking for. Breakfast while not free was better than expected.

5mins walk to airport, clean & nice place for good rest. Love their library corner. The gym is superb with disposable headsets provided. Great space in the room, cozy & great Marriott standard. Hotel with Starbucks breakfast.

Stayed here for a quick business trip and came away very impressed with the property. New property that is very clean and well designed. Room is comfy with plenty of space and a nice bed. Bathroom was clean. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Lobby has a spot for coffee and a quick bite for breakfast. Location is very close to airport - I was able to walk from the terminal.

This Courtyard is very clean and modern. The service desk people were quick to get people checked in.

Our room was a double queen with a pullout sofa bed. The room was very large. I was truly impressed with the extra space. We had 5 adults staying here and we were comfortable and did not feel cramped. I really appreciated that the room had multiple drawers for putting your clothes in. When I'm at a hotel I like to unpack instead of living out of my suitcase. A lot of hotels now a days don't have drawers.

I would definitely stay at this Courtyard again.

Beautiful property and rooms! Young lady who checked me in was very personable, and thorough. Hotel has a shuttle, but I just walked to the airport because it was literally a 3 minute walk. My new favorite hotel when I fly in and out of Pasco.

Such a beautiful property inside and out. The beds were extremely comfortable. I travel almost every week and had one of the best nights rest in a long time.

I had a two night stay here for a work trip, I wanted somewhere convenient for my early flight back. I've stayed at airport-adjacent hotels before and the noise has historically been bothersome, but it was extremely minimal here. The airplanes sounded more like a brief gust of wind than jet engines. A normal AC unit is louder.

Rooms:
Very clean. The toilet/shower room was quite small but the shower itself was spacious and modern. The room had a very large couch and a TV that could swivel to watch from either the couch or the bed. I wound up falling asleep while laying down on the couch my first evening. The only thing I will say is that it took a concerningly long time for my HVAC unit to warm up. I waited several minutes after turning on the heat and it was still blowing cold. I just left for dinner and hoped it would be better when I came back. It wound up being a reasonable temperature in the room, but I didn't have much control over it. Adjusting the thermostat seemed pretty useless. If I'd stayed for longer I would've asked if maintenance could take a look. I suspect my room was a fluke, but couldn't prove it to you.

Service:
Everyone I interacted with from the hotel was very nice. It's always great when I can come to a hotel after a long flight and have my day brightened by the smiling faces at the check in. I can't speak as to the room service, I always leave my do not disturb sign on the door handle for my stays.

Dining options in the hotel:
There's a very small bistro that has Starbucks style fare, nothing to write home about. I passed on it entirely. They do have the standard mini-marketplace if you need a drink/snack at any time.

Dining options nearby:
Admittedly not much in the immediate vicinity, but there are a lot of options about 30mins south. If you want breakfast, the original pancake house is a good choice.

Leah the bartender is so nice and friendly! Delilah is an amazing super helpful supervisor and Heather is a nice friendly face to see up front! I love all the girls here!! So glad I'm staying here!!

New building, clean, good TV's/ outlets. Ideal for business travel.
