Excellent service. The food was fresh and the atmosphere is very comfortable. Prices are reasonable. They have pool tables upstairs Try the cheesecake, you won't regret it.

Karaoke on Fridays & Saturdays, heck yea! Had an amazing time with the great bartenders and a host who’ll back you up with either good vocals aaaand screaming rock stuff… didn’t expect to find this on my visit to fairbanks but glad i did. It’s upstairs when you walk in, the crowd was mixed with military, locals, theater people and tourists like me which was cool because they seemed to enjoy every type of music! Crowds at some of the bars around town seemed rowdy so it was fun to find a group who take you in as family. Def coming back! Host uses Karafun which is has 49,000 songs so they have everything!

Love the queso dip! Great French dip, great fries. We especially enjoyed the friendly staff and the tribute to the Afghanistan fallen 13. Enjoyed meeting and chatting with the owners. We felt very welcomed as tourists in Fairbanks for a week.

I've got the most tasty and tender steak. I did not get so good steak for a long time traveling through the US. Great place to eat and visit. Highly recommend.

Even after all these years, the cheesesteaks are still the best in town. Great fries too. A quality place with quality food.

Sometimes the service is a little slow. Sometimes the pull tab box is low or non existent. But this little place is a Fairbanks gem. The food is amazing. The workers are good people. Have patients here. It’s worth it.

The Best Cheesy Steak Sub Ever!!!

Love the food... Home baked bread for the Cheesesteaks, handmade mozzarella sticks.. not frozen store bought... fresh veggies and salads.. everything is cooked fresh to order... so sometimes it may take a little while to get your order when busy but at least it's hot and tasty. The staff are friendly and the owner is usually around and loves to connect with his customers.

May not look like much on the outside but some of the strongest drinks in town get mixed here. Caroline is my favorite bartender here, always quick with a drink and a joke. Fun but chill vibe here.

Adore the space, the drag shows they host are INCREDIBLE, but the food is phenomenal too! They have SUCH GOOD EGGS BENEDICT! Alfredo, the cook, is the man, his hollandaise was to die for. They allow vegetarian subs, I can't believe this place wasn't packed for after-night-out brunch/breakfast. The owner is super kind, and the service was over-the-top good (they lent us jumper cables when our car died + plugged it in for us!!!!)

Food is good drinks are good and they do karaoke or Latin dance night. It's a fun place to chill and vibe. They have chairs and comfortable booths to sit in so you can sit back and relax. It's a good time.

1st time there with husband. And it was the best mushroom, swiss, cheese burger, and sweet potato fries, ive had in a really long time! Couldn't even finish the burger, it was soo thick and juicy. My husband felt the same. We will be back. And the price was right on!😁🤗

It was a quiet night when my brother & I visited Roundup but the decor is very well put together and their menu has something for everyone. Very friendly staff. For as few people that were there the night we visited it took a while to get our food, but it was WELL WORTH the wait.

My husband and I used to frequent this restaurant when they were still the Last Roundup. Now they are Roundup Steakhouse. Their menu has improved, in my opinion, and the service is usually wonderful. If you go in the evening, your table is nicely set with a candle and the restaurant is beautifully lit. My favorites on the menu include the crab/artichoke dip (yummy!) and especially the Chicken Hawk sandwich. It has a grilled chicken breast, cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo, ranch dressing & bacon. Additionally, they have amazing beer battered fries. Downsides? Occasionally they seem understaffed and the back room can be a bit chilly. Otherwise its great. To prove my point, I ate lunch and dinner there yesterday and then a business lunch was held there today as well. Each time I order the same thing... can't get sick of it.

Outstanding customer service and food! They had a decent variety of entree's and the Owner "Kyong" (I think her name was) took a personal interest in the quality of our food and customer service. She even knows a majority of her customers names and goes out of her way to ensure everyone of them has a great experience.
