Michael was friendly, welcoming and easy to work with. He explained everything clearly and efficiently so we were signed up and at our storage unit in no time. And the whole area is clean and well protected. Happy we found North Albany Self Storage.

Made a reservation and was able to come in, sign the papers, and move in my stuff all in the same day. Michael was super helpful with the whole process, and generally was just a nice man. I’m very grateful that I choose this place to store my belongings

I took advantage of their winter special and stored my boat there for 3 months while out of the country. They're located in Albany, Oregon, close to Hwy 20 where I frequently go anyway so it was no big deal for me to take the boat there on one of my passes through the area. It's safe, away from major roads with good security. Management was friendly and easy to deal with.

My experience with the front desk and getting to the storage unit was easy breezy! I however had reserved a storage unit at the beginning of January come to find out they only hold it for 3 days so that was kind of frustrating but I think that was probably just operator error. So far storage unit is great and nice I have 2 months half off!

This place in very clean and organized compared to some other storage unit places in Albany. The 24 hour option makes it extremely convenient. Never had any problems with shady people snooping around. The unit prices are a bit pricey, but for good reason. The staff are genuinely nice people and very professional. I would recommend this business to anyone. The location is not so great unless you live in North Albany but would still say it's worth it.

I previously commented on the exceptional knowledge, patience, suggestions and just general genuine care regarding our needs for storage. Alexis made each facet of the process smooth and "pain free". I appreciate the freedom of the 24/7 hrs. available access to belongings and the added security which we have not experienced before. Thank You!

North Albany Self Storage is convenient in both location and service. Pricing is a bit more than uhaul, but space and convenience more than makes up for it. Took advantage of a great promotion of 50% off. Billing was simple, insurance set up simple. Recommend if you are need of large storage space for toys and extras.

They were unable to rent us a storage space, but called every place around in order to find us one. Even gave us information on a couple relators to call for us to find a place. Very helpfull. Big thanks.
