I went in to look at getting a used car today and spoke with Dan. They ran my credit and found that it was lower than I had expected it to be. They were clear and upfront with me about it, and even said that they thought it shouldn’t have been that low and had advised me to not go through with the purchase since my payments would be too high.
They were all very professional and didn’t try to pressure or hassle me into leasing the car. I would definitely come back and be a customer in the future.

I had such and amazing experience with this place. The salesmen were very easy to talk to and very helpful. D.j. and Jon were the ones helping me out, I came in not even knowing what I wanted and both of them we're very patient with me and helped me out so much and found me the perfect car. I never once felt pressured into to something that I didn't want. I'll be telling everyone about this experience and try to send everyone down there who's in need of a new rig. Great people and a great place. Don't think I'll ever go to a different dealership

My fiance and I needed another car with both of us working. We test drove one we thought was in our price range but unfortunately wasn't approved by the bank. Nevertheless Hertz worked with us and the bank to locate a vehicle both in our price range and even more suitable to our immediate needs that we both love.

The process was relatively quick and simple and everyone went above and beyond to help us out. We would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

The whole team was fantastic! My husband and I went in for a car we saw on the website, little did we know the car we were gunning for was bought before we got there. I was quite doubtful that we would find a car that would suit our needs and budget, but they worked with us for 5 hours to negotiate a price with the bank, walked us through every step- (making sure we understood every paper we signed) drove us to Salem to test drive the vehicle, and even bought us dutch bros coffee since my husband had just pulled a double graveyard shift. They were very patient with me, having it be my first car purchase I had a billion questions and they answered every one of them. You guys rock, thanks again for helping make our first experience a great one!

I was on the hunt for a commuter car to help cut down my fuel bill with my 2 hour drive every day. Brian Wixom was not only a pleasure to work with but genuinely wanted to make sure I found the right car for me. We test drive multiple cars and while I took forever to think it over he continually checked in and sent me more options. Ask for him. You won’t be disappointed.

Loving my car! We came in pre aprroved through our bank, knew our limit and they worked within that for us. They had great attitudes, we had a bit of back and forth on the price and I am very satisfied with what we got. We did go with some of the extras, I do like that you can cancel them if you want. It did take a long time for the paperwork but it always does. I gave them an almost impossible task for the perfect car for me and the only thing they missed was the color. Out of all the places we went to find a car they were the least stressful and took care of us.

I saw online that the Albany Hertz store had a red jeep renegade available and I had been obsessing over this model and color for a long time. I called ahead of time to make sure it was in stock and spoke with Dan Williams. He informed me it wasn't available yet and was in transit to their store. Once it arrived at their store Dan called me to let me know and I rushed down as soon as I was off of work that evening. I test drove the jeep and was instantly in love. I worked with Dan and Robert Benjamin and received excellent customer service. They were very professional, fast, and a joy to work with. Most importantly, I am happy with my purchase!

Just bought a 2016 Ford Escape, everyone was very nice, they didn't mind all my questions and worked real hard to get me what I wanted. I liked the fact that they were honest and up front from the get go. Very happy with my experience.

The customer service was amazing. They kept in contact and were "on it" to help me get a car to meet my needs. Low down helped me get in to a car with a lower interest rate. Everyone was very nice to my fiance and I. We couldn't get the car we really wanted because it was too old, however, they suggested something else. We went to Salem and then test drove it back home and we fell in love with the car. Overall a wonderful experience and would recommend this place to any of our friends.

Came in on a whim and ended up purchasing a 2014 Subaru Forrester that i really love. After having a terrible experience earlier this year with another car dealership i was extremely hesitant but everyone was really nice, gave me a fair price and worked with me to get the lowest interest rates for my loan. I really appreciate Alex for helping choose my car and the GM/staff for helping make the transaction easy and confident. The only thing I would suggest is getting some neutral music playing in the lobby area! Extremely quite/inside could be updated to match and represent your high quality service. Would recommend. We went in there for a car we saw on the website, they didn't have it at the Albany location but they drove it up from Medford so I could test drive it. The paperwork went very smoothly and after I took it home I found some stains etc. and i brought it back a few days later and they took care of it. The check engine light also went off and they fixed everything overall it was a great experience. Bud was a great person to talk to and he did everything he could to make sure we got what we wanted. I had bought a Corolla from them after my Mazda broke down on the freeway, then I was in an accident recently went back in and they had helped me fight with some lenders to get a new car financed since it was so soon from getting my other vehicle. Both times fast service no pressure to make the sale and will work with you no matter the situation! 10/10

First Review: Mostly good; but giving them 2 stars as they were supposed to call me back last week about sealing some chips in the windshield, (Not done- even though they said they were). No call back.
So, I guess it's all sunshine and roses before the sale is done. After the docs are signed, not so much. Two stars!

Revised Review: Got a call later in the week from Preston in the Service Dept. Took car in and was given a loaner car while they sealed the windshield chips. Nice! Back up to 5 Stars- much better than your average used car dealer.

Travis went above and beyond to get us the best rates possible. Kenny was very helpful and knowledgeable up front and honest.
No stress experience. My husband has no patience and got through it painlessly.
