Great customer service and very clean

I parked my van that was passed down to me by my father in their lot for about 14 months. $60 a month and when i picked up van i discovered that the locks had all been stripped and somebody rammed the front of it with a tow hitch and the catalytic converter had been cut off and stolen. Also it never had any mechanical issues when i parked it and now it will barely drive its overheating andloud af. I called police and they said sorry but nothing they can do about it. The lady left and left me without a working code so i was trapped inside the place until someone came and entered their code . What a low class business forbes is. The gal maddy was new yet very polite and seemed genuinely sorry. But that doesnt help my situation. Never park anything there.
