This is the best French bakery I have been to in a while. It’s legit! The fruit tarts are incredible and I don’t know how they do it but you don’t loose a single crumb. It all stays together to the last bite. The croissants are amazing. Everything is delicious!!!!

We ordered a chocolate genoise cake with chocolate ganache for a birthday. It was delicious and beautiful! And the price was fair. Skip going to a box store and get your cake here. Thank you so much!!

The best bakery in Corvallis! The bad thing about it is they only work 15 hrs a week:( other than that everything is great, their fruit tart is really good, puff and other bread too! They could be really filling so don’t order too much!

Best breakfast in corvallis period. Great atmosphere, amazing kind staff and the best french cafe you will ever try I would definitely recommend the mushroom quiche I cannot describe how great it is including the chocolate eclairs and the napoleon cake instant classics indeed!

We had the classic French Almond Tort called an Almondie and it was fantastic. The combination of Almonds in a Soft -Cake like filling encased in Pastry is a delight at Le Patissier. The Blueberry Danish was spot on and delicious. There are so many delectable choices that it makes it hard to decide. They are open from 8 AM -1PM onThursday, Friday, and Saturday.

The line starts before the shop opens so be sure to arrive early or plan to wait in line. The line frequently goes outside the establishment.

Pro-Tip: Call your order in the day before and they'll have it all packaged up and ready to go before you arrive. Yes, you can leave your order request on their answering machine, just include your name and number.

Buy some crepes and bring a Danish home with you too, they're delicious!

This is by far the best that Corvallis has to offer. Easily rivals European bakeries. Everything is delicious. 15/10 would recommend.

This place is to die for. Do yourself a huge favor and go in on a weekend and get yourself a crepe! We will be back again and again. We ordered one sweet and one savory crepe, and a couple of pastries. Everything is fresh and homemade, down to the whipped cream. WOW 😍😍

Best bakery in Oregon! It is like taking a trip to France. Exceptional tasty pastries. The only complaint I have is, that it is only open three days a week. It is a must visit if you are ever in Corvallis!

Absolutely delicious. I’ve been going here for about a year and have been completely satisfied with all the pastries I’ve had (I haven’t yet tried the crepes but I hear they are delicious). The almond creams and fresh fruit tarts are particularly amazing. As a baker myself, I can really tell that they care about their food, and are dedicated to making it perfect. One thing I would strongly recommend is if you want to do a large order (more than a few pastries), call ahead and order it the day before, as they do small batch bakes. If you call at least a day ahead they will be able to accommodate you. Overall, excellent food, lovely decor, professional service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The best pastry restaurant in town. Every thing here is absolutely delicious, their quiche, their crepes, their pastries (oh my!) are always fantastic. It is more than good it is amazing. I’ve been coming here for four years and not once have I had a bad experience. Come early though! Stuff goes fast!

Great pastries and bread, probably one of the only places you'll actually get a true baguette as appose to the soft and flavorless offerings in most bakeries and supermarkets. Their chocolate eclairs are particularly good, if you like buttery pastry this is the place to go.

After coming back to the US from Toulouse, I was so happy to get a little taste of the baked goods I missed there. They're very tasty, certainly a northern France/Paris aesthetic, but had no problems with ordering chocolatine. I only wish they were more accessable! I would go there much more often.

This bakery is really great and the french pastries are backed fresh daily! The atmosphere is really relaxing and the staff is very friendly! I really loved the ham, cheese and jalapeño croissants! Will be coming back for more of their pastries!
