My partner and I are young and didn’t really know what we were doing. We desperately needed a reliable car as the one we had was not in great condition. Everyone here was very welcoming and explained everything to us so we could figure out what was in our budget. I never really thought we would find a car so quickly but the next day we were able to drive off the lot. They walked us through everything step by step and made things as easy for us as possible. I really appreciate everyone here for being so kind and working with us to get into something more reliable.

I went to buy a vehicle with an open mind. I feel that I bought the best vehicle on the lot for the money I had to offer. Not necessarily looking for a van but it was not out of the question. They gave me a phenomenal cash deal on an amazing van. It looks, runs and drives like a new vehicle. I couldn't be any happier with my purchase. Thanks for the great experience. These guys are the best hands down!!!! We bought a Suburu from them and had a few issues that needed taken care of. They didn’t have to do the work but nevertheless did the right thing. Jon and JD are absolute rock stars. Thanks guys!!!!!

UPDATE!! You know integrity is everything and after finding out the car needed head gaskets replaced, Jon could have said “bought as is”. Knowing this was for my daughter and our one concern was having a car she could rely on through college, they were unwavering in making sure it was fixed and without charge. However, the cost is negligible compared to doing what’s right. I’m blown away. These guys are what you hope every dealership is like. We will be customers for life. Thank you guys so much!!

Great customer service . Very Friendly staff . One of the quicker but more thorough buying processes. The option to request a Carfax on the vehicles giving a better understanding of each vehicles history , providing a secure understanding when buying a used vehicle. Definitely see myself doing future purchases with them.

I just wanted to give a big thank you to this amazing group for what they've done for my family and I. On our way from Twin Falls to now, we stopped to get fuel at the gas station near them. Our vehicle wouldn't start! The fellas personally took the battery out and they also brought my husband to get a new one. It didn't start still. So they unhooked our uhaul, towed both back to their mechanics and all while my pets were able to chill out in the waiting room. These people are fantastic and amazing! I will say we found our next place to buy any vehicle. :) they are by far the best around! My kiddos played in their amazing play area. My dogs chilled with me. Despite the young one being obnoxious and barking all the time lol and they still gave her treats and our old dog treats.

I've never met such an amazing sales lot. You need to check them out!

I went to Titan to buy my first real car, not expecting much. They not only helped me get a better car than I thought I would but they have done nothing but bend over backwards for me since. They’ve definitely earned my trust and my car is the best thing I’ve ever driven. I owe them so much gratitude, thank you John and Co for everything you did and continue to do, you guys really made a difference.

I got a car from here over 6 months ago and at first I was worried about getting a car after the last dealership I went to sold me a car that kept breaking. The staff at Titan were understanding and helped me get into a car that fit what I need and cheaper than my last one! I drive regularly as a deliver driver and need good gas mileage, the car I got from them has helped save me so much in gas money and hasn't had a single issue.

Titan is the place to buy a good used car. I recently purchased a 2009 Honda. The whole crew was great. They were honest and very professional. Spoke with John about my vehicle needs changing due to work. I gave him a run down of what I was looking for and what I needed. Within 3 days I was walking out with a vehicle that fits my needs. They were extremely friendly and helpful while also being quick. Best part was how he treated my family and children during the signing process. Couldn't recommend these folks more, if you are in need of a vehicle even if there may be challenges this is the place to go.

Update: Below is my original review. I did not contact Titam Auto Group before leaving my review because I assumed it was to late and they wouldn't help me anyway. I've has the car almost w months. Well... I was wrong. After leaving this review, John reached out to me. I took my car to him. We discovered what we think the problem is and he fixed it free of charge. He also advised me any future issues to come see hom even if it's been 2
Years. I am blown away at the kindness I received today. I will be a returning customer.

Bought a car less than 2 months ago and paid $4,000 cash. Have already replaced ball joints, tie rods, ignition coil, spark plugs and several other minor things. Now car is stalling on me and can't figure out why. I am devastated. I spent my savings on this car and now I am stuck with am unreliable vehicle that will probably stop running all together any day now.

On 05/31/20 I bought a Town and Country mini van from Titan Motors. The only problem I had with it was that the A/C didn't work. They agreed to fix it for me before signing anything. I had to leave my van for a couple of days so they lent me a vehicle to use in the meantime. It's quite a relief to work with such honest guys, with no BS.

So grateful for these guys for helping us out and getting us in a car perfect for us! John was absolutely amazing, and worked with our credit and our needs and made sure we drove away with a reliable vehicle. We could not be happier!!

Best experience ever I went there after days of crying and hundreds of dollars trying to fix the car I had just bought a month before. Long story short I got an amazing 2006 crv at a great price plus a killer extended warranty. I loved dealing with John and had the BEST EXPERIENCE.

Bought a 2013 Pathfinder and it is great. They did an oil change and checked my breaks in a timely manner.

When we walked in we got helped right away, we got approved and we dont have good credit at all but we got approved and got a car well we had it the first night and the check engine light came on we called them and since it happened right away they told us to bring it back and that they would fix it well that's excatly what they did and didnt charge. We recommend this place to anyone that would ask where to get a car.
