Holiday Inn Express & Suites Albany, an IHG Hotel

We had a wonderful 6 night stay here. The room was clean and comfortable and overall very quiet. The complimentary breakfast each day had variety and tasty fresh food. Warm cookies greeted us each evening as well. Staff were welcoming and engaged

Great experience. Room was spacious, very clean and the layout of the room was excellent. Area to place luggage, hang coats, had a closet and drawers. Great lighting, blackout shades for a comfortable night. Refrigerator and microwave were nice extras. Lastly, enjoyed the breakfast the next morning. Lots of variety.

clean hotel and friendly staff. this hotel definitely have truck parking but if you’re in a semi truck please call before you arrive so they can point you to where they allow truck parking. I didn’t get up early enough for breakfast so i can’t comment on that. Pool seem really big and open as of now. I definitely enjoyed my stay. nice size room with fridge and microwave. I do think the pressure of shower head is weak but other that it’s extremely clean. I definitely would stay again

Loved it, we had the best night! Comfy beds, clean rooms, the pool was fun, and the service was excellent. I wish we would have got up sooner for breakfast, we had only a half hour left and there was no more biscuits and gravy lol it was our fault. It was a really nice hotel overall.

Super great staff at this location! Given an upgrade to room 302. Very comfortable bed and quiet room. Great place to stay the night when traveling north or south on the interstate. Convenient location and safe parking. Wanted to stay in Eugene but they required a 3 night stay. So glad I ended up here instead. Great hotel and great staff

Chloe called few days before my arrival to make sure if I have other requests.

Allison greeted us as we checked in. She was very friendly and explained things. It was nice to have room cleaned everyday - just like before pandemic.

The best hotel in Albany. This is by far one of the best hotel I've ever stayed in, in Albany Or. Not only is this a clean, well staffed, and welcoming hotel, but the breakfast is actually cooked by someone. It's great the best breakfast ever in a hotel room. They are so helpful and accommodating here. The front desk staff is super friendly and competent, especially Chloe.. she goes above and beyond! The cleaning staff is wonderful and they do a great job. With nice little notes for a good start etc. I'm thrilled I stayed here and will not stay any where else. It's worth every dime. Gym and pool it's awesome

Very friendly staff I'm currently staying here after being displaced by the fires. Front desk always says good morning or night and asks how my day is going. The cleaning staff is professional and does a great job of keeping the hotel clean. Overall one of the best motels I have ever stayed at directly because of your staff!

Rooms clean, extremely comfortable bed, great complementary breakfast, tasteful coffee, happy you accept animals. Welcoming staff and the noisiest ice machine ever!

Very family friendly. Was greeted coming in and my kids were greeted with front desk staff giving them a stuffed animal. We travel every now and then and first time seeing and kids enjoying the toys they had in the pool. Breakfast buffet was good. Thankful for the 24hr laundry. Overall loved staying here and reccomend it, will be coming back!

Great welcome at check in. Upon checking in I was informed about the market they have and the hotels snack and drink selection, as well as told about the breakfast in detail in the morning. Bridgette went the extra mile, and upon my reaction breakfast was at 6:30, she asked if I was leaving earlier than that. As I am, she asked if id like a bagged breakfast with some items, she asked my preferences on them, and let me know it'll be ready at 6am when I do leave. Never have I has this much service at a holiday inn, and I travel and stay in hotels 3x a week.

Employee who took our reservation didn't actually make our reservation so when we got there we didn't have a room. The employee working immediately remedied the situation by upgrading us to the president suite for less than what we were quoted for the king suite we originally reserved. Excellent service and visit. Room was extremely clean and spacious. Full cable TV and the lobby offers popcorn, cookies and movies each night. Would definitely return.

Their very friendly staff checked me in quickly and efficiently. My room was bigger than I would have guessed, maybe it’s because it was in the corner of the hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Very simple but good looking decorating. Location for my purpose was excellent.

I work out of town often some years I may stay more than 200 nights a year at hotels so I definitely see a lot of them. This Holiday Inn Express is by far one of the best that I have ever stayed at in the last 10 years. The staff is perfect the hotel is extremely clean and they always seem to have their breakfast ready and fully laid out about 15 minutes before they even need to. This is not the cheapest hotel in town but it is also not the most expensive. If you're looking for a place to truly feel like home I strongly suggest staying at this particular Holiday Inn you won't be disappointed.

What a wonderful experience I had. There was a small blunder with house keeping missing something in turndown between costumers but mishaps happen. I was moved to a very nice room, the hot tub and pool are soooo warm! And we'll kept. The beds are soft and the sheets smell like the cotton off the line. Oh my! And breakfast! Holly food! Choices, and choices and such a stuffed bag! Holly wow. So good! So happy!

Great hotel. There were cookies at the front desk which were perfectly cooked (there is nothing worse than a crunchy cookie!) Everything was clean and there were a couple of pokė stops and 2 gyms nearby. The price of the room was pretty good as well. The front desk worker Erica was very friendly and welcoming also.

Fantastic property and superb staff! This property is a great place to get work done, relax, and workout to release the stresses of life.

The front desk staff welcomes you like family with their smiles, fresh evening cookies and fresh fruit.

The property is currently going through some renovations which is great because this place is only going to get better.

Be sure to take advantage of there new large fitness center.

They have done an exceptional job in the complete remodel of this hotel. It feels like a state of the art brand new hotel. The rooms are amazing and even offer full range Xfinity TV programming. The fitness center is spacious and well equipped and the indoor pool/hot tub are large and clean. Everyone is so friendly here and it’s great to the pride of working in such a fantastic facility. If you need to stay in Albany, hands down this is the hotel to choose.

Heather made a little to moderate noises but it was continuous fan so it did not wake us up not like the other that stopped and started all night.
Breakfast looked good and they provide a bag for grab and go.

They were almost finished with some renovations and we just happened to book our room before they were done. The 1st two floors were finished but the 3rd floor was only about 1/3 of the way through (which was where our room was) The front desk clerk was SUPER friendly and comp'ed our room. The construction crew doing the renovations was also super nice and never bothered us or got in the way. This HIE was one of the best experiences of the whole vacation! By the way, when this place is 100% finished it will be beautiful. Thanks Albany OR!
