I bought a Nissan GTR R35 here. I had some initial issues with the transmission, but Claire and Joe were by my side day and night to help me; Had the issue fixed in 3 days and am now a super happy GTR owner. I wasn't sure if they were going to be able to fix the issue, but even if they couldn't have I'd probably have left a similar review just for the tremendous support they provided me throughout this purchase. Claire is very dedicated to help her customers, Joe knows people around town that can help solve issues and the duo worked great for me. I recommended to my friends to puchase at this dealership. I've purchased many cars throughout my 10+ years in the states, this was by FAR the best experience I have ever had.

Natasha Alnuaimat was my service advisor. She made me feel at home and didn't pressure me into any extras that I didn't need. The oil change was quick, and I was back on the road within an hour. They also provide free WiFi for you to use while you relax in the lounge. In addition, they have a free coffee machine, a vending machine filled with snacks and drinks, and a TV for your entertainment.

Customer service is a joke. And like many others good luck speaking to someone in service or anyone else you need to speak with. Multiple emails went unanswered, multiple messages left and no one got back to me. If you deal with these guys leave no stone unturned.
Despite my notifying them to not run my credit through multiple companies that I was going through CapOne they proceeded to run through many places anyway and now weeks later I'm still trying to deal with that.
Tires were cracked and weather checked parts of the sidewall was missing, i didn't catch it the night I picked up my jeep, the next morning I did. They refused to replace the tires only to split the cost which I did, but still don't think I should've had to do that. The jeep leaked which i didn't catch until the next day upon investigating nearly all seals are shot. No way they didn't know this was an issue.
They claimed the jeep went through inspection but I'm finding that hard to believe. The day i got the vehicle the left rear blinker was out pretty coincidental and unlikely that to happen the moment I start it. Took a little while but they finally did send the replacement bulb.
Lastly if you're a disabled veteran and you are authorized the free licensing privilege don't believe them when they say they're used to dealing with these circumstances it is my belief and opinion that they do not. My process is nothing but a pain that 3 different licensing offices I've talked to all said they've never encountered this issue before and don't understand why they're doing things the way they are.
I would highly recommend going through a different dealership. I've never had the issues I've had with this place with any other dealership I've bought vehicles through in my life. If you choose to still go through this particular dealership be careful and be thorough.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF MAINTENANCE. If i could give 0 stars i would. My mom has had her 16’ wrangler serviced here its entire life (~85k miles). I checked over the vehicle while doing some work on it and found they have never checked the air filter or any fluids besides the oil that they were changing. No services have ever been recommended to her for maintenance. The car was recently brought in for an inspection to sell the car as well and was recommended to have a few items repaired. Here is what i found that was never recommended even with this inspection; air filter (2” of moss growing in the airbox), brake fluid (black, never recommend to change), rear main seal leak, power steering fluid never changed. This dealership can’t even do the simplest task of checking filters and fluids nor have they recommended any of these thing based on the car’s history or mileage.

If the parts department doesn't pick up their phone system sends you into an infinite loop of having to pick who you want to talk to. Was doing that for 8 minutes before I finally tried service, spoke to someone who was very rude only to be hung up on again. Will be taking my business literally anywhere else
