Dave was great and very helpful. I'm having back surgery soon and he was very understanding and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The whole process with financing was a breeze and he made sure to tell us about all the deals and specials. We cannot wait for our new bed to arrive! Oh and the pillows are a game changer!

Allen was extremely helpful and informative. We had a vague idea of what we wanted coming in, and he helped us work out what we actually needed.

This is a fantastic store. Whilst browsing Totem Lake with my friends we stopped into sleep number to feel the memory foam, and the Mattress Technician Jeff was so kind to us. He guided us through the entire sleep number experience, even going so far as to allow us to demo sleep numbers fanciest bed. When we warned him we couldn’t dream of affording a Sleep Number brand bed on a college students salary, he kindly explained payment plans even we could afford. We had his full attention the whole time , and I couldn’t imagine a better Sleep Number experience. Thank you Jeff!

Allen was very helpful and guided us toward the bed we needed. The stores are well-put-together by Sleep Number to create a buying experience that separates them from the competition in presentation, even though the product stands on its own as superior. They don't try to push extras like pillows and sheets on you, even though they make them clearly available in an attractive retail environment.

Bought 2 new sets of sheets. They are so very expensive to buy. 2 sets of split king sheets were a little over $500.00 and this was with a discount
