Mr Mark Cummings was awesome. Reviewed my records, held a couple zoom calls, and in our in person meeting gave me all the paperwork and instructions I needed to file my claim. His work was thorough and he was professional through the entire effort. Highly recommend.

I was expecting to sit and wait to file for disability benefits but was surprised by the people because I was called back in the room within 5 minutes. The whole thing took me around a half hour and was done with everything until I bring in my medical proof ,then headed back out the door.

Mrs. Walker has been a constant professional processing my claims. Her advice and help has been in getting my benefits processed. She gets the 5 stars here. Now as for some of ladies up front & the side talk in the back about difficult veterans, you all are better than that, please understand that it's a difficult position on both sides.

The department of veteran services guided me in the right direction and gave me the information I needed to get my claim submitted. The help I received in preparing my claim was top notch and by following their advice and templates I managed to submit a fully developed claim that was approved by the VA.

Why have a phone number listed that doesn’t work? They make this process harder then it has to be ugh! As a war veteran I sure don’t feel valued.

No one answers the phone. I called multiple times in different hours over the course of a week. I drive the half hour to get there when they said they were open online ... they answered the door and said they were closed. I asked about why they wouldn't answer the phone, they said they were trying to hire someone to do it; I see reviews from 2 years ago saying no one ever answers the phone.

Mary is awesome..... the phone service needs to be fixed no one answers the phone.
