Like a good friend!! They can usually help with recommendations or by offering something they have in stock!! Also I’ve left packages to be picked up here as well, real gem of a place!!

Great staff, plenty on inventory on hand and free popcorn (is back!), what more could you want.
The store has a wide variety of items. It’s worth taking a bag of popcorn and familiarizing oneself with the place.
Recommend and will return.

This place had everything I needed for salmon fishing. The staff had some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen. They went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. The store is very clean inside and very organized. This will be my stop every time I come to Whidbey Island to fish.

It's always a pleasure to come here for my hardware needs, friendly staff and very knowledgeable. You can bring your dog's, Charlie loves to visit with the staff :) If they don't have something your looking for they will help with recommendations :)

My all time favorite hardware stop. This place is like Narnia! It may look small but they have everything and their staff actually know how to help. They even gave us complimentary popcorn

This store can also provide you with sinks, countertops and all plumbing parts. They do it all...and do it well.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. A good selection for a smaller store.

This place truly "has it all", and wonderful customer service. A stark departure from what we as consumers have grown to accept from the big-box, chain status quo. And, in a tip-of-the-cap kind of way, each time I stumped them for a needed item, they immediately noted which of their competitors were perhaps more likely to help me.

Of note: I drive past those same competitors in order to spend my money here.

This place is not messing around. They have managed to use every single square inch of space to stock anything you could possibly need for home improvement, gardening, camping, and more. I was beyond impressed. Service was very helpful and super friendly. If I lived in the area it would be my go-to hardware store.

I've never gone in and not found what I needed - they have everything. It's magical! Also - fantastic customer service and friendly staff. One of my favorite stores.

Shop local, they have it all anyways. I love that I can come here to pick up a tool for my husband and still find some little treasure or trinket that I need for the house too. Also a great place to stop before you head to the beach or a trail.

They always have what I'm looking for. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I believe I got asked if I "needed help finding something" 3 times. And if I "needed a basket?"LOL! I must of looked like it with my arms full!!

well I looked at the other reviews here and there's one three star and there are a number of four stars. And none of these people had anything negative to say about sebo's. Apparently they just don't give 5 stars.

Well I have only positive things to say about this store. Whenever I go in there with a problem there's always someone there who has expertise and neither plumbing, electrical, hardware, paint, etc.

And everyone is so friendly and helpful and they have so many things in that store. your hardware section has more than some of the big building supply stores in Seattle like home Depot. I'm so grateful that I live only 3 miles away. So whenever I need anyting shoot over to Sebos
