B.a.M. just repaired my dishwasher, extending it's life and saving me from having to shop and purchase a new one. They communicated clearly, showed up on time, worked steadily, and gave me a reasonable and accurate estimate. Very pleased and highly recommend.

I wanted to give a shout out to the fast efficient service! Our dryer was broken. We called for an appointment on a Saturday. By the next Thursday the repairman was replacing our heating coil with a spare one he had in his truck. It’s so great to have a local company know that good customer service and the staff to solve problems makes for a good business.

I cannot say enough good things about the appliance installation team. They did an exquisite job! Their attention to detail, experience, positive spirit, and clean up was excellent. Happy to be a reference ANYTIME!

We have bought a few mattresses, a stand up freezer, and just recently a new refrigerator from them and we are always greeted with a wealth of knowledge to help us make the best decisions to fit our needs. Which has then been followed by timely delivery and quality installation. They are always great about explaining things and answering any questions we may have. Our over the range microwave gave up it's ghost recently. Bayview Appliance came out and installed the new microwave and drilled and installed the new venting for it. It looks very professionally done and works great too.

I was unaware that the one of the gentlemen working on the install was actually the owner, Dustin. He and Josh, one of his workers, were very polite and friendly and they explained every step as they went. They even cleaned up what little mess was made from cutting the wall for the new vent.

All in all, Bayview Appliance is my new go to place for appliance purchase and repair. Their exceptional level of customer service and quality of work will keep me coming back for any future needs. Thanks to them, now my kitchen is back to "normal."

Another bonus is that the new venting is so large and sucks all the steam from cooking right up and outside. I told my wife that if her blow-dryer ever dies, she can probably stick her head under the microwave and have that vent suck the water right out of her hair...... LOL!!!!

They have had just what we were looking for over the years when we needed a new bed, and other appliances. It’s so handy for them to be located on South Whidbey and have competitive prices so we can avoid a trip to the mainland.

Placed a call and made appointment to have my Samsung dryer repaired.Chris showed up on time and had a ''repair kit '' for my dryer with him,he did the repairs and saved the old parts to show me what the issue was.It was refreshing that they came prepared and explained the issues.It was great customer service and reasonably priced.Thank you

They came out for a service call and “repaired” the fridge. The problem is an icing up problem so 4 months later the ice built up again indicating that it wasn’t actually fixed at the time. When I called them they are unwilling to credit us for the work done that didn’t fix it. One employee said it was a 10 year old fridge and probably should be replaced. If I had had that information at the time of the repair I would’ve chosen to replace it. I think they mainly want to generate repair bills. As I try to talk to the manager, Rose, about this, another customer walks in the door and she says she’s not going to talk about this any further with me and that I call her back and schedule an appointment for another service call. Why do I get the feeling that fresh money had just walked in the door so she had no more interest in making things right with me. We’ve bought a washing machine and 2 dishwashers from them and would have bought a new fridge from them but now feel badly treated. Not once did anyone acknowledge my valid disappointment at the failed repair and ask what would make it right.
