Very knowledgeable and professional staff.
I'm a first time customer filling a Rx and they were very inviting and helpful.
They also have a nicely clean and well kept establishment.

I had to go get my epi pens from them and had never used one before. The pharmacist answered all my questions and gave me excellent advice.

Friendly, home town, old school feel. Always available for questions I have and extremely helpful in general.

I called to see how much my prescription would be and was told they don’t know. The rx was still being processed and it was sent yesterday! When I called to get it transferred the guy who answered the phone had such a bad attitude.

The Tuesday before hurricane Florence I went inside the pharmacy to pick up a drink and overheard a very unfortunate conversation that was going on between a staff member and the pharmaceutical workers. She was relaying a message from someone, a man apparently over all of them, saying that it didn't matter whether they lived in zone A they could not leave to evacuate or they would be fired. I found a conversation to be inappropriate with customers in the pharmacy but more disturbing was how do you work for someone so heartless. I've decided not to shop in that Pharmacy any longer because most people don't have the luxury of being able to quit their jobs. Any management that treats employees with such cruelty is not worthy of my money and should not be worthy of our community dollars.
