Very nice folks! Front desk ladies are wonderful, their attitudes make it really easy to be comfortable in this environment and so are the nurses and doctors that I've had so far. Really attentive and caring, it helps someone like me who has severe anxiety and trauma around doctors. I'm really grateful that they're located so close to my home.

We waited for more than an hour, but the service inside was good !!

Dr. Rosenberg takes time with me to understand my issues without rushig. He is friendly, thoughful & is thei to do the best for you as his patience. The staff is friendly, & considerate.This is a great place to go

I've been going to see Dr Markovich for a year now, and he's the best primary care physician I've had. He has amazing bedside manners. He treats me like a human, like I can make my own decisions. He's always very reasonable when I go to see him.

I Have Been going To The Park Place Family' Medical Center for over 10 years every since I Retired from Bank of America {which left me with no Coverage that I could afford} on fixed income@ But Praise be to GOD I was told of this wonderful Place! They sent me to VCU in Richmond for MRI's {Hospitals in Norfolk & Portsmouth} for Scans, X-Rays & Nerve Damages (Doctors for my hands & Damages of my head) from an Abusive Relationship of my first marriage@ Yes: I had so many problems after working for 35 yrs straight which left me 100% handicapped@ NOW I am {A Member on The Board of Directors} of the {Hampton Roads Community Health Center}! The care you receive when you walk in the doors is amazing, Dr. Markovic has provided care for my three daughters, my two granddaughters and myself.. He even found an underlying health issue with my granddaughter that another huge facility misdiagnosed. You can not beat the quality care here! The entire staff here genuinely cares about your healthcare.

Dr. Markovic is a phenomenal doctor..He has amazing bed side manner.. he shows nothing but care and concern for his patients.. anyone that has anxiety surrounding going to see a doctor I would whole heartedly recommend anyone to schedule with Dr. Markovic.

Dr Markovic is an amazing doctor and his bedside manner is Impeccable. He listens Intently. I am constantly referring friends to him.

Please READ: HE TRULY IS the BEST Dr ever BUT but NEVER ever has any appts even 60-90 days out when I leave appts its IMPOSSIBLE to even schedule follow.ups and now that I've had a baby experiencing high BP extremely bad ptsd and anxiety along with fibromyalgia.i cant even get into my dr for routine bloodwork or medicine changes or anything its extremely frustrating. I have even needed so badly to see my Dr to stop a medicine causing horrible side effects and I could never get an appt id.call every morning at 7 and so I had to.stop.the medicine on my.own and I nearly.committed suicide due to.it.

If you.travel from another city like.me.o highly suggest seeking someone just as good somewhere else because I feel.totally on the back burner and like my health no longer matters.to my Dr. The ladies on the phone nowadays used to be understanding but they're so non chalant and rude..but if A patient at ANY Dr office calls and says medicines are causing suicidal.thoughts they SHOULD relay.a message to the dr or.at.least nurse and they brushed me.off everytime even again Today & yesterday and everyday last week and wouldn't even let.me.leave a message for nurse Joseph I absolutely despise the women on the phones they'll.be the reason something serious happens to someone one day. They do not.care.about.people they're simply.there.to get paid and in this field I find horrible to be they way. Even when your talking to them.they have zero.compassion understanding in their voice I'd rather talk to a robot than these careless women and they're so mean they've hung up on me.so.many times.over the years . if he weren't the Dr I needed I'd never ever go to park place medical. I do not trust any other nurse or Dr there because they do not.care

Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The doctors really care. I used to receive medical care from the Cleveland Clinic and there is no other place I would go to in Norfolk for my primary care.

Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Doctors are proactive, provide effective treatment and really care about your progress and overall health stability. Highly recommended!

Dr. Markovic is awesome. He is good at explaining his diagnosis. The staff is always professional and courteous.

The staff and care is wonderful! Also can confirm they are LGBTQ+ friendly!! They were super understanding of me being transmale and do all they can to make me feel welcome and as I should be.

The staff and doctors at Park Place Medical are GREAT! The appointments are made through a call center that leaves a lot to be desired, but the in office staff are spectacular! I highly recommend them!

Love being a patient here the staff is so nice and very helpful i definitely have to give a shot out to doctor Markovic i love his bedside manner and i appreciate how he is very detailed with his patient.
