Thank you google for helping me find this place! Some of the best food Ive ever had! I wandered into this place on a Sunday during brunch. The atmosphere was lively and I made new friends immediately. The food was impeccable. I got the Sidewalk Benedict and savored every bite. The servers were both gorgeous, attentive, and kind. If I lived in the area Id frequent this restaurant every day. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I go here pretty often and it's always awesome! I love the staff and the food is great! Today was no exception EXCEPT Marisa was an extra breath of fresh air! She accommodated my silly request and was friendly and we got the best service of the great service we always get. She is a gem.

This place is akin to an old pair of blue jeans, comfortable and just right! The food was great and the atmosphere was authentic and friendly. Also had the most diverse clientele on Main Street. Super cool. Going back every time I’m in Richmond.

Came here because I was soo hungry and every other restaurant around was closed. I don't usually write reviews but I was absolutely NOT disappointed at all. Delicious food, MASSIVE portions. Ordered chicken Parmesan sub & fries. Absolutely stuffed and still have all of this left over. They deserve the rating.

A true staple on the area, the food never disappoints! Portions are large and as long as I've been going here...the food always tastes the same! Cold beer, amazing menu, friendly staff...and if your lucky enough to see Edwina...then you're lucky enough 💜

Delicious food (enough for 2), great service from staff, and food made quickly! The space is very small, though, and it's always packed whenever I go and get my order. But hey, that's a good thing to have!! A crowd means their doing something right!! Keep it up, ya'll!

I recommend the calamari, steak, and cheese sub and the sidewalk sub! All delicious!!

Gucci slides. Red hot chili pepper playlist (maybe Green Day playlist…?) An entire loaf of toasted bread for free. I got butter on my jeans. Feels like a tavern in Lord of the Rings. This place is a dive but you would not be able to tell from how exquisitely plated the caprese is. Tasteful but rowdy. Wow how did you do it. Just like any good bar, they have sticky floors and religious photos. Leave the front door open please

What a great find! The staff is fun and spunky, it's within walking distance to scotts addition, the museum district, and the fan, and while you wait for a table you can hangout in their porch area with a pitcher of mimosa. The food was excellent and the ambiance was awesome.

My 1st time at this wonderful restaurant. Food was hot and delicious 😋. Service was superior then large establishment.

This place NEVER disappoints honestly!! I've been coming here for brunch for many years and the food, drinks and atmosphere are all consistently amazing!! If u go for Sunday brunch; I definitely recommend a 'Chicmosa', the potato cakes, French toast, blackened chicken breast. SUPER 😋YUMMY . I so miss all the regular Sunday bartenders from those days before Covid, but the current ones were employees there too and still awesome including Mike. Sidewalk will always be my favorite brunch spot in Richmond.... PERIOD 😘

Always a great look! It's not something you can explain, you have to be there. On a particular day with momma and marissa could out break the greatest brunch of all time! On another day without them 2 could be just another spot on the side with great food and so so atmosphere. It's momma and the people that make sidewalk great. I can't even lie to you and say its just sidewalk by itself because it's not!

Food drinks and service was divine!!!!... Derek and Mike are the best bartenders in RVA And the servers too I can't remember their names but they're amazing....its ALWAYS A GREAT TIME

Seriously, we love Sidewalk, been going there for years when we were in college. Recently popped in for happy hour w/ some friends and enjoyed that. Went back the next week for brunch with my hubby and loved that.

It can be busy and is not the ideal restaurant for small kids.

Nice spot on the fan for a drink. Friendly and attentive staff. A local favorite. My wife and I had our first date here twenty years ago. Great bartenders and servers! Love this place!

Breakfast was delicious and huge! Gyro was ok. Service was great. Cute atmosphere, wood paneled walls and old wooden booths.

great place to go to for late night! i love the decor in this dive bar and it’s always so good to catch up with friends here! we love the loaded nachos here w a pitcher of mimosa for drinks!! it was busy when we went and the service was still amazing!! portions r also absolutely diesel so go get their nachos n fries 😀😀

It was a joy for my tastebuds to take a walk down memory lane. I hadn't been to this place in years and was concerned that memories would be far from the truth...to my stomach's joy things were just as tasty as I remembered. Being in the mood for the Cajun Hash; a compilation of blackened potatoes, grilled shrimp, sausage, peppers, onions and two over easy eggs that I order scrambled all covered with this gooey goodness of cheese I can't remember😋. Catch is, this is a brunch special which is only served Sat & Sun 9:30a-2p...I was so glad the craving hit on a Saturday. I remembered the place being on the intimate side..however on this day things were in full swing yet I found a seat right away and my meal order wasn't too far behind. You'd think with the size of the crowd it could have taken the order forever, but this crew all worked together to service the restaurant. Our initial server Jess said it best "grab either one of us and we can help" love their concept of Customer Service👍. My bottom line>>>Not really your family friendly scene; unless you're 21+ or the kids are away for the weekend. Awesome atmosphere and even better food.

The food is always delicious and fresh! The portions are huge and the prices are very reasonable! My go to when I'm hungry or whenever I am in the area. It is really really good!!!
