Big Lots

Cashiers always ask for discount info including if a Vet. (Dec 2023)

Called ahead and salesperson knew my name when I arrived and was ready to go.

I don't normally shop at Big Lots. I think this was my 2nd trip there. They have nice furniture, home decor and supplies, some clothing, a bit of everything. The prices are reasonable too. I thought Big Lots was a thing of the past, but I now see why they are opening more stores.

Decent store with low prices. Always worth a look or two when shopping for household or seasonal items.

Big lots is a great balance of big store stock with small store feel. Customer service is usually good, but there's almost always a long line at the register. Regardless, for the money it's usually hard to beat Big Lots.

Usually has a lot of great items. Last time we were there there wasnt a lot of inventory but there was still some great things.
Holiday and temporary items are really awesome and really affordable. Workers are very friendly as well.

Love Big Lots. Go to our local weekly. We was out of town and decided to stop at this one in Hampton. Store was well stocked. Clean floors. Only ding is the restroom. Wife and I both had same experience. Pretty bad. Needed attention.

I'm a huge Big Lots fan for many years, and this is by far the best store of them all. Clean, organized, stocked... and you have a cashier named Rayven that's not only friendly, but actually seems to like what she does. That's rare in retail, and it is appreciated. This store is a huge improvement over the previous one in the same shopping center. My only advice is (for example) on a Saturday afternoon at 4PM when there are 15 people in line, maybe open a second register? Just a thought. 😇

I haven't been to a Big Lots in years... I was VERY surprised when I walked into this one. I was on their website and was able to see actual inventory - I needed Lysol spray. They had it in stock. I'll definitely be back to see what else Big Lots has to offer. Clean store and very helpful crew members too!

I Love “Big Lots” as they have such a good variety of just about anything you’re looking for and awesome decorative items for indoors and outdoor decor. Store is organized and clean. Most of the time friendly service at checkout. Love they’re honoring Military Discounts since May and not just certain days of the week as it used to be!

The store was clean. Good selection of home goods. My daughter and I needed help finding chips and the gentleman who was working stopped to help us and was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The cashier who checked us out was also friendly and helpful.

Everything I want/need. Awesome variety every day. Beautiful holiday decor at great prices! Everything is so affordable and looks so nice. In store financing on gorgeous furniture too! Love it here!

Staff was super helpful. We bought a box spring and the associate (forgot his name). Went above and beyond. He was a young white guy with brown hair. He was awesome.

I so enjoyed my shopping today. I found almost everything I was looking for and at amazing prices too. The employee's were very nice and I just love Big Lot's and I'm definitely going to come back and then back again,lol. Thank you again

This is a clean store, not your typical trash store where things are thrown everywhere.
They always have great deals !

Ethan did a great job of helping me find a box spring for my bedroom today. He showed me the best priced options and delivered the box spring out to our truck himself. Brianna also assisted us with string that helped us keep the box intact while we drove it home!

You'd be surprised what you can find here. I found heavy glass mugs for $2.50 that I use to paint for Christmas gifts or bazaars. Food selection is good, always milk, bread, etc. Excellent staff.

I shall return, great staff; very helpful.
