Costco Wholesale

Excelente place for delivery. Delivery #313213695 can be verified by (Costco team) not fake. Two ladies took care of me. They are so professionals, kind, and very supportive. I overnighted near the wall beside the docks. At 4:30am went to receiving and it was lot to do, but the fork lift op, she was so incredibly agile, easygoing, authentic... love her! Thank you ladies, I do appreciate your hardworking style.

My experience was absolutely incredible. I am floored by the incredible staff member REEL . My experience with REEL occurred right before Halloween.
Out shopping for something truly important,
I was baffled and sad to find out after the drive that my child was not able to find a certain package of “trick-or-treat Pokémon cards” for a very special event/occasion.

Without hesitation, REEL showed up.
He professionally introduced himself politely, was very respectful, he carried himself in a calm professional manner. REEL took immediate interest in helping me find a solution for “the problem”.

Not only did he do this on his own doing, as well as doing above and beyond. REELS display of work ethic, natural empathy, and sincerity are all important qualities and factors in well, being a good employee. It is obviously hard to find this unique natural born empathy and passion nowadays.

REEL looked up the item number said that there were some in the building, but unlikely that we would find it. He even went the returned items to make sure if he could find parts for me and my son.

Initially it was “needle in a bag stack”, and he even furthermore blown 15 mins later after shopping around, REEL came down the aisle with one of the exact desired missing packs. It almost made me cry.

I was so moved and touched by the care and the work that was offered in delivered to me. I will only go to this location. REEL deserves mega credit and thanks !

I mean it’s Costco where can you go wrong? Always enjoy this midlothian location as they seem to be well stocked and always with some great samples. The Que to leave sometimes can be a bit much but nothing unbearable

I love love love Costco. They have quality items at great prices. Nothing beats the jewelry they sell.

Good prices and selections. Usually have everything I'm looking for and then some.

I was trynna leave the store and I showed the guy my receipt. His name is Jared. I, as a 16 year old, asked if he’d draw a smily face on the back like when I was younger. Jared asked if I was serious, smiled, and drew the best smily face I’ve ever seen. He told me his name is “el guapo”. El guapo is going to be framed in my bedroom when I get home. Thank you Jared, you’ve made my day.

larger than the other costco in town. 1.50 hotdog and a drink can't be beat!

This is a club membership. They have a tire center and optical department too. This is a nice clean store with wide isles. The staff is warm, friendly and helpful. The bakery is wonderful and bakes fresh pastries, breads, pies, and cakes. Week days they open at 10 am.

I love this costco. It's very clean and everyone is friendly. They do not play around about checking your membership card though, they will check the photo

It's Costco. What's not to love. Today in particular I feel like I must have hit it at the right time. The Seafood was extra fresh. Exp dates on about everything was a week out. Not normally like this at least when I go. Sometimes the whole fish smells like it's on the last day. I've returned whole snapper on occasion. But today not an issue and I truly pleased. Saturday and it was busy but not obscene. And it took all of 5 minutes to check out, on a Saturday, first of the month. 😳.

Great parking space. The computer associates are great. Awesome knowledge.

This Costco is a little easier to navigate than the one off Midlothian Turnpike.

It seems to be well organized and the lines are reasonable.

Quick essentials run to Costco. Staff is always friendly and pleasant.
Managed to feed myself and two kids for under 15 dollars at the food court.
Meals consisted of two slices of pizza, a hot dog, mango smoothie and chocolate sundae along with fountain drinks. Can’t beat that kind of value for lunch!

It’s a fine store with enough parking and good staff. No issues at this location.

Never thought I'd love Costco like I do. They pay their employees decently, the elevation of the "loss leader" concept means I can get a freshly roasted $4.99 chicken and I buy toilet paper once a year. This is the better of the two locations I've been to in Richmond.
