The staff is super-friendly, and the selection is vast. I appreciate the store with having a broad range of shoe sizes, as my son is hard to shop for. Checking out was smooth, and old shoes can be donated for a store credit! Great experience from start to finish. Thank you.

Alex was awesome to talk to over the phone. A pair of shoes that I ordered online was delivered today. I called DSW on Midlothian to see if they had another size for me to exchange. Alex (store employee) was so accommodating, friendly, and helpful. I didn’t want to wait the traditional 2-3 days for the refund to hit my account to repurchase the shoes. He suggested doing a merchandise store credit, that way I will have immediate access to my funds and reorder the shoes the same day! Shout out to Alex! Thank you for exceptional customer service!

What can I say, DSW is the iChing of shoe stores! Shoe nirvana. I walked in, found the perfect pair of shoes to go with some ultra bright hippie pants (harder than you think, folks), stepped up to the counter, with rewards plus birthday gift, I paid $10 for the perfect sandals! I love me some DSW!

Wanted to get my husband a pair of running shoes. And thought why not try DSW well they had the shoe that I wanted but not at this location so the sales associate made a call to another location for me and they held the shoe until I arrived to purchase it. Great customer service in book.

how one's heart skips a beat, wafting up each river of shoes, all putting their best (only) foot forward, in a vain attempt to attract my eye and hopefully illicit a touch, beckoning to be held a loft as the chosen one - but it is for nowt, as they are all simply stupendous. Be advise, for heart reasons, visit only once a month (twice if you have medical help standing by).

I truly love this show store, not only do they have variety, is well organized but they have decent prices as well.
The store is always clean, the staff very friendly and willing to help, they also have amazing designer brands...
