Love this place. Andrea helped me diagnose and cure my cancer, her bedside manner is incredible and you can tell she really cares about her patients. She’s the best Dr. I’ve ever seen and I highly recommend her as an Dr. The staff is very helpful and polite and this is a great family medicine practice.

Great office with GREAT Providers and staff that give above and beyond care. They TRULY CARE about their patients and LISTEN to all health concerns. They work with most insurances including Medicaid and Medicare. I recommend this Primary Care office for all ages. Thank you NVFM !!!

My husband and I both go here and they are absolutely amazing! Never have an issue getting an appointment or med refill! Everyone we see is so nice!

They’re very busy in manassas so if you call and they don’t answer call south riding we always get through and speak to someone!

Not many drs offices still call to check on patients after an ER visit but this office does!

I absolutely love the entire staff at northern va family medicine.This is the only practice I've been able to find that actually puts the patient first. No matter how behind or busy it's never rushed.They always take the time to ask how you are,then actually listen when you respond. Appointments are easy to make ,change, or get even when its last minute. Overall this is the best doctor (doctors) I've ever had ,great bedside manner,super easy to talk to ,and always available!!!

Best Family practice I have ever been a patient at. All the staff here are just so pleasent and they actually care about your well being . The front of the house is just as pleasant. I drive from Stafford VA to come here because there the best. Would recommend.

If you want a doctor that really cares about his patients, come and visit Dr. Desai. He has so much compassion for his patients. When he interacts with you, its as if your the ONLY patient there. You will receive the VIP each time you visit this office. The staff is very friendly and professional as well. Great office for the entire family!

Dr. Desai has been our family doctor for more than 20 years since he was working with Prince William Medicine. Later on, he started his own practice which is currently known as Northern Virginia Family Medicine. Due to his passion of taking care of his patients and expert medical vision and diagnostics he got popular quickly in the local community. To handle all of his daily patients, he opened another practice in South riding VA.
Dr. Desai is very kind and humble, very fair and honest in his business. All of his staff members are very kind and professional. My opinion will be incomplete and unfair without mentioning Jennifer she’s next to Dr Desai and extremely helpful and professional. Dr. Desai’s on call doctor is available 24/7 whenever you leave message for Dr. Desai, he never missed he always answered promptly. We have a special needs daughter; she loves Jennifer and Dr. Desai. Dr. Desai is so kind to her whenever she gets sick him and his staff are always willing to provide her with the kind of medical care she needs. Even she was unable to visit his office and Dr Desai came to visit at home as per our request, that’s his extreme of greatness.

Dr. Desai, Julie, Cheryl, Jen and Jenny in Manassas are.wonderful as is Tara in South Riding. I know I missed a few names.
