I was there in February several times for jury duty and then again in April for expired state inspection ticket. I think the staff were very helpful, friendly and pleasant with the exception of one deputy (not sure his title) that worked the front entrance check point. He was rude, mumbled orders at you and was unpleasant. This happened twice and i told him that he works here everyday so it's common place to him, i don't, i am not familiar and that he acted like i was stupid because i didn't know where the lockers were or the bathroom. He took it down a notch after that but was rude again the next day. The rest of the officers, went above and beyond to help me get where i needed to go and answer any of my questions or just get you through the line. Also both judges i dealt with, explained everything clearly, were fair, if not on your side and honestly wanted to help you resolve a problem rather then throw the book at you. I have to say i was impressed. Because of everyone else, they out weighed the grumpy guy and I'm giving the City Of Norfolk Courthouse 5 stars. Thank you for the respect you showed.

So public know judgeships allows wait for target enter range and pull trigger. System makes me sick, knowing even after filed order of protection broken multiple times leading to such event. Honorable criminal attorney defend their employer which proud black army veteran with history methamphetamine dealing has cohorts, all housed within walking distance one another, congregate upon address deny freedom liberty of every right as minority hold accountable. Surely houses where legitimately aquired not part racketeers condone theft vandalism assault.

I was here with my friends as they were getting married. I couldn't bring a camera to record any of it as I would've liked to. But it's alright for a policeman of the law jaywalk in front of the City of Norfolk Courthouse. Gimme a break!

Went there today and they were closed. No sign, nobody at the door to advise people and the website said they were open. Norfolk sucks.
