Stephanie did a wonderful job with the estimate, discussing what we really needed to have done to fit in our price range. Rob (the owner) came out to ensure everything got going right and then checking in. Salvatore and Moses were amazing - they did outstanding work. From our first contact with Stephanie to the finishing of the project, we were pleased with the outstanding service provided by the team at CertaPro Painters. Stephanie was most helpful in planning the project and making color selections. She was immediate in responding to questions and quick in getting a painting team in to do the work. Once the job was completed, she quickly followed up to insure our 100% satisfaction. The painting team was courteous, polite, professional. The job was done well and clean up was perfection. I rarely write reviews and they are usually to warn others. Not so here. Admit that we struggled with decisions about how best to paint/stain our weathered cedar home and whom to hire. We got multiple estimates but the folks at Certapro were clearly the best and provided great advice. They all took great pride in their work, which was of exceptional quality. From the initial visit to the very end, everyone was communicative and highly professional. They asked for input at every step. This was not an easy home to paint, and they took the challenge as a test of their skillset. They passed with flying colors.

Lamonz and his team were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Their goal was to please the customer and see that the job was done with complete satisfaction. They were on time, cleaned up everyday and put back all items that were moved. Their prices for each project were reasonable and fair. CertaPro is a highly skilled and dedicated company. What a great experience from day 1 ! They sent a crew of 4 over to paint the inside of my new 24x30 garage . The walls were OSB , which is a difficult surface to paint , but thanks to Cindy and her coworkers , they did a beautiful job ! We wouldn't hesitate to use them again . Thank you CertaPro !!

I would recommend CertaPro for any of your painting needs. The painters arrived on time, were very professional and kept me apprised of their daily progress. My home has plaster walls that needed some pre-painting TLC. They did an excellent job both in the prep and painting. Would highly recommend CertaPro Painters of Virginia for your painting needs. We had mostly brick house exterior painted in October 2023. Estimate was very competitive. Very impressed at the scientific method they use to make estimate. Not just a "gut" look.
They have a supervisor on the job. Painting was neat as well as perfect cleanup. Suggest moving any plants away from house or covering them since power washing liquid does not agree with them. We will hire CertaPro for our next paint job.

We had CertaPro paint the outside of our brick house. Received multiple quotes and CertaPro was very competitive in price. They were always on time and the process was very easy from start to finish. From getting an estimate and working to get to a price point we were comfortable, through getting the work scheduled, and work completion, everything went flawlessly. The estimator, project manager walkthrough, foreman, and crew were all great (my job titles may be different than theirs). Very professional and great quality work. We were very pleased with the results and would recommend them to everyone.

We needed a two story foyer painted in our home. I called in the morning and the next day we had an estimate and scheduled the job. Two days later we had a professionally painted foyer. The crew was excellent!
