I feel very sick out of nowhere. After 6 days stay in the hospital, this company was assigned to bring my medical supplies and picc line antibiotics. They have been incredible and amazing. Great folks. Great company

I could run out of good things to say about them. Courteous and extremely professional staff. Very friendly and much sooner than expected delivery. I was bed ridden and the driver waited those few 5 minutes for my son to get in the house. I am so grateful for all the have done.

I have POTS and hEDS and needed saline infusions 3x a week. I also have terrible veins and my IVs kept collapsing. BioScrip researched a solution and then contacted my doctor to make it happen. Their nurses found a way to fit me in whenever I needed help and answered all my questions. I have since had a power port implanted and they walked me through the entire process of accessing and caring for it. While I’m not thrilled to need their services I’m very pleased with the excellent, kind, professional care they provide. Supplies are delivered quickly and they call to check and see what I need. Great company!

This place was way better than the last place I was getting my infusion done at. The staff was very nice and professional. My nurse was amazing and actually got my vein on the first time without hurting me. (Which is very rare) I highly recommend this place

I have been disputing a invoice since July and they have done nothing just letting it go and it is starting to effect my credit now. I call monthly and just saying they are looking into it. The person that they had cleaning my picc line messed it up every time, I had to go to the hospital and get it replaced after she would touch it. Which is very frustrating and then I had a bunch of antibodics expire due to her incapability's and now they are double billing me for the replacements when it was their techs fault they expired. CAN I GET A CALL BACK TO GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF?!?!?!

My son gets services through this company. I highly do not recommend! They were taken over by option care health a little over a year ago and everything has gone downhill. They don't send anything out on time, I'm constantly getting calls they can't get a hold of the doctor for orders so I end up having to do all the work to get it. They have had to have a third party company with nurses come in because they can't keep nurses. When I call usually weeks ahead to confirm if they need anything insurance or doctor wise they say we are good to go when they aren't. They have tried to bill me because they didn't make sure(even though I called yo verify and I got a good confirmation) they had an up to date referral for insurance. I don't understand how every single time they need a doctor order "they can never get a hold of a someone and no one calls us back". Every single time. This is just a quick overview I have lots of detailed complaints and anytime I call it doesn't change anything.

I was told multiple times that a nurse would be sent out to teach me how to set up and use my supplies and even signed paperwork for it when my supplies were dropped off. I was told yesterday that they do not do this. Now, I have the supplies that I do not feel comfortable with trying to attempt to use on my own and haven't started because of this.

Do NOT go here! Avoid this place like the plague, unless you like dealing with rude receptionist, unreliable staff and people who will straight hang up on you on the phone. My doctor sent me here for my infusion treatment that I desperately needed. My only scheduling conflict is that I work 4 days a week and am only off on Thursdays. Apart from that I never ask for anything else. Trying to get the 1st appointment was a NIGHTMARE. No one would answer the phone or call me back after I left a voicemail. Three days later I was finally able to get through, then they said they could only schedule me 2 whole weeks from today.

Once I finally got to my appointment things went rather smoothly. The receptionist (while rather flighty) seemed nice and my nurse was caring as well. The issue that really grinded my gears was when I explained very carefully and clearly that I was only available on Thursdays the nurse went ahead and scheduled me on a Friday instead! I again explained that I was only available on Thursdays so the nurse said she would change my appointment to the correct day. Well guess what? Nope! My appointment was still on Friday, so not only did they lie to me, they also jeopardize my health with their carelessness. I came in on the Thursday that was supposed to be my appointment day and caught a nasty attitude from the receptionist. Guess she was having a bad day, which I can understand. The nurse I saw previously apologized for not moving up my appointment and was able to care for me, but the fact of the matter is that they failed to care for their patients and lost all my respect.

I can't believe this practice is still in business with such incompetence. I truly believe these people do not care about your well being. I normally never leave a review on anything, but I felt the need to share such a horrible experience.

I had a pic line from March 1 to Apriil 20th. I had my infusion medicine delivered every week. They were on time.
HOWEVER, there billing company is a mess. If I could file a complaint with the BBB I would. They are not members. For a person going thru a serious illness with a company that just randomly charges you is a shame.

Update:
Something went wrong when they were bought up by Option Care. Customer service for billing was sent over seas where they don't understand how American insurance works. Almost a year after I ended ties with this company they started trying to bill me for an order that was never completed. Got nowhere with their customer service people who blatantly lied to me and gave me the runaround. Had to put my lawyer on them to get them to stop. They never actually responded to my attorney but they did stop trying to bill me. I would no longer recommend this company.

I've used this company for a few years for my son's nutrition supplies. Customer service has always been great and it's been easy to go through the insurance. They haven't always been perfect, but whenever there has been a problem they've taken it seriously and gotten it fixed right away. We had an insurance change this year and can't use them in 2021, unfortunately. The only thing that can be confusing is that depending on insurance, they have difference locations that you go through.

Horrible for patients needing the drug Tysabri...not enough trained nurses certified through the Touch Program. Putting the patients health at high risk if adverse reactions occur!! Change facility if you can ...if you need this Drug in the Norfolk, VA or Tidewater area!!! Especially, if you have Anthem Healthkeepers as your insurance!! Horrible insurance too!! This location should be closed down by the Health Department-- no Quailty Insurance in place!!

MILITARY - I do not recommend this location. POTS & AUTOIMMUNE PATIENTS - I do not recommend this location. ELDERLY - I do not recommend this location. I recently had surgery and my surgeon sent a referral to this location via fax as requested. The receptionist told me they never received it and hung up when I requested if she could call the doctor's office to assist with receiving my referral because I have POTS and an autoimmune disease and urgently need to set up my infusion therapy for 3x's per week. I called back and she stated there's nothing she could do again, told me the number to Prime IV, and hung up. Neither call lasted longer than 3 minutes. I called back again, she did not answer but put me on hold and sent me to someone else who stated they do not accept referrals from out of state. They do not treat you as family as their ring back tone states and over the course of the week trying to get my Surgeon's referral to them and processed has been nothing but challenging and frustrating. Go somewhere else.
