Absolutely love Dr. Fitzgerald and her staff. They are always responsive, polite, and take time to make you feel comfortable and heard.

Dr. Fitzgerald is the best doctor I've ever had. She takes the time to listen to me and never makes me feel bad about myself. Her nurse or receptionist always calls back when I leave a message. I hardly ever need to go in person these days, which is the best thing that's ever happened to healthcare. I hope that wasn't due to the declared pandemic, but I guess we'll see next time I need a medication refill.

I used to go here when I was a teenager and I loved this place. It used to be called prince William family medicine though. I’m not sure if it has changed hands or not, but it has definitely gone downhill. Left a message for an appt and never got a call back. Then went in for an std test and they sent me to lab corps to do that. What happened to your primary doing tests? What was the point in coming into the office, get charged $25 copay, and then have to make an appt someplace else like labcorps. I’ve never had a primary send me some where else to get tested in the 17 years I’ve been getting tests. Go somewhere else because these people will just take your money for nothing.

Not a good Experience, after waited for two weeks for my app they told me they don't accept my insurance when I showed up to their office on the app day.....the sad thing they collect my information to verify. But no one said anything...Not recommended
