I was so excited when this Hallmark opened, however my enthusiasm has gone downhill. The staff do not greet you or ask if you need any help. Yesterday, Sunday I went in to purchase some items and redeem my VIP gift. This was not available until 11/11 and this was 11/12. I gave her my voucher and she proceeded to ring up my 90.00 order and then informed me that not all of the items for the redemption were available and I would receive a 5.00 gift voucher to come back when they were in stock. I proceeded to cancel my purchase, ripped up my voucher and left. I think I will continue to do business at Fair Oaks Mall or Ashburn Village in the future. Totally disappointed 😞.
