The best rock fish I have ever eaten. ❤ So, I am cheap and look for deals..usually choose the cheapest on a menu..this was over 30. I would buy this again. It was absolutely amazing. I sampled my friends food and it was also amazing. So this cheap person would come here again for this amazing meal. It might be for a special occasion but I will be back!!! Waiter/manager was also amazing and helped our party decide the best choices. My whole party would give the staff and food 5 stars

The atmosphere is chill and comfortable. They add 3 new weekly dishes to the menu, so there's always something new to try. We come often, and the quality of the food and service is always great!

What a great place in Phoebus VA, just out of Hampton VA and a great little find. We parked on the street and went in, a very busy Friday evening and waited about ten minutes as there were six of us. Our server was very knowledgeable with the menu and also asked about dietary requirements, he got our drinks while we all made our meal choices. My wife and I shared the shrimp and snow crab leg combo that came with potatoes, corn etc when it came, it was amazing, plenty of food and a great choice. I would definitely recommend this place. There are daily specials, oysters from various locations, a great beer choice and also a full service bar if you like that. Don't hesitate, just go, you'll love it.

My wife and I have been a few times and I must say the food has been great . my wife gets the same thing every time. a Caesar salad with fried oysters. she loves it. I have tried a few different things they are all fantastic and the fish and chips are huge . the people are very friendly and I love that it has history with the name of the old Fullers restaurant .a great little place and it is local .

Tuesday they offer oyster as special price. The oysters were fresh and selicious. The menu is a little bit different with they offer. You can see their special menus at the board also. I will visit here again.

Fried Oysters Caesars for me was amazing.
The wife got the daily special blackened Mahi Mahi with Brocolini and white beans.
Both were very delicious and not super filling. Our server Jason took care of us, very knowledgeable and helpful!

Oh and they’re dog friendly!!!

Man oh man! Their specials never seem to disappoint! I usually go there for their fried chicken sandwich, but I tried their pork chop. Pan seared pork chop, brussels sprouts were perfectly charged, and that carrot sauce.... totally unexpected at a place that specializes in oysters. 🤌 I guess they have somebody in the kitchen that actually cares about serving quality food and not just something quick and cheap!

A great local raw bar. I have yet to encounter a meal I was not thoroughly impressed with. This trip we started with Pierogis and 12 peachtrees oysters. Tuesday is $1 dollar oyster day so of course I had to take advantage of that special. This is my 1st time having Pierogis. Potato dumplings w/ blue crab. The pierogi presentation is impressive, the taste this restaurant offers is an outer body experience. The vibe is elite. A must have for seafood lovers. I have more to say but I need to eat before it gets cold. Stay tuned for more Fuller’s reviews in the upcoming weeks.

The owners wait tables and serve food, never letting your drinks go empty. Great old fashioned (especially during happy hour) and the oyster flight had some of the best oysters I’ve had. Blackened sea bass was on special and it was to die for. Would highly recommend for cocktails, food, and great atmosphere.

Oh, and my friend convinced me to try an oyster shooter. It was awesome.

The oyster Caesar salad was amazing! The oysters are fresh and delicious. The fried oysters are perfect with lemon and crystal hot sauce! My daughter had the fried chicken sandwich. It is served with a spicy aioli and house pickles. My brother and sister in law favor the chicken sandwich as well. The service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere is inviting. We definitely enjoy the nice view of downtown Phoebus through the floor to ceiling windows. We will be back soon!

Prolly the best oysters I’ve ever had (I’m addicted to em) ordered 6 then had to do 6 more. I only put 4 stars for food because the fish tacos were completely covered in cheddar cheese which I wasn’t a fan of. The fish itself was good but it was overpowered by the cheese n sour cream, but once I took that off the fish tacos were great. I also ordered an old fashioned with 4 roses and the bartender did a great job with it!

Great seafood place. Catfish with cheddar grits were awesome. Crabcake sandwich was moist and Cole slaw so good.

I love raw oysters and several years ago I had what I thought was going to be my all-time best raw oyster experience when visiting Newport Rhode Island. Fuller's raw bar has surpassed my experience there and is now my new best raw oyster experience. Every oyster was not only delicious but also perfectly shucked and cleaned. The very first oyster I tasted was absolutely perfect.
The waitress was very nice and took excellent care of me. Interior was super cute and clean. If I lived here I'd be in Fullers at least twice a week.

Phoebus Seafood at its best! Established in the 1500’s I think (Eat Dirt Cheap at Fullers)…the tradition lives on with full bar and amazing food. Prompt service and you’ll leave full! Well done Chef!

This place never misses. Vibes are great, food is amazing and the oysters are always delicious. We’ve gotten something different every time we’ve been and never have any complaints. The food is reasonably priced as well. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re a (fried) seafood lover.

Pictures are from a few weeks ago for the chefs special. Fried catfish and grits. Delicious. The grits were nice and creamy like I like them. The catfish had a slight crisp to it as it should.

Absolutely loved this wonderful restaurant! The freshest oysters shucked to perfection, unlike so many places. The fish and chips were outstanding! Crisp. French fries yummy plus fresh coleslaw! Our server, Arleigh was so pleasant and professional! All in all a must return place!!!!

This was my wife's and my first time dining here after doing a random search on seafood restaurants and after having read some of the reviews thought we'd give it a try.

We were seated immediately upon arrival, and met rather quickly by our server Jason. He offered feedback on many of the dishes and even encouraged me to try the raw oysters by suggesting a sample. He was fairly attentive but disappeared at times. Food was excellent, generous portions and fresh tasting seafood. Atmosphere was very casual and comfortable. Not a romantic setting.

Excellent shrimp & mussels! The waitstaff, bartenders and oyster shuckers are fantastic and attentive! They have happy hour Monday-Friday 4-7 with $1 off beer and wine. They also have $5 Narragansett and a shot of whiskey!

My partner and I are now at Fuller’s weekly and it’s turned into our happy place. The raw oysters are fantastic (thank you shuckers!) but we’ve also eaten our way through the whole menu and everything is great. Also, the staff are so genuinely friendly, and you can tell they have a good time working there. Every time we have friends/family in town we bring them, and consistently when people come back they ask to go again. 11/10!

1st time here the service was awesome our waiter was very informative & friendly and the manager the food was fantastic 😀. We will be back....
