On top of all of that, every other member is super nice and helpful! I feel completely comfortable at this gym and can always get a good workout in - plus the owner is super passionate about what he does and it shows!

Great gym catered to powerlifting and strength training. The community and environment here is very chill. A lot of knowledgeable and experienced lifters too. Everyone is very laid back and friendly. Rush hour can be very busy, but there’s always enough weights to go around and we all make do with sharing racks and platforms!

This gym is easily the best gym I have ever had a memberhsip with. The equipment, music, and facilities are all super nice, but the best attribute is the community! Only gym in the area that can provide competition grade equipment, world class athletes with vast knowledge of the sport, and a very friendly, helpful environment that keeps you wanting to push for success! Would never go anywhere else. Very reasonable prices, and the owner Josiah Vivero (74kg USAPL lifter) is always looking for ways to improve the gym by providing 24 hour access, asking members what gym equipment they would want added in the future, having merch sales to include 110 percent supplements in house. Couldn’t get any better than Seven Cities.

Josiah is really the go to man. He’s flexible and does whatever he can to be helpful whether it’s with lifting weights, explaining pricing, etc. This isn’t even just a gym it’s a second home. Everyone that goes here makes you feel welcome and has got your back whether you need some motivation, a spot, a form critique or whatever it may be. Will definitely be going back after surgery.
