Lakeland Hills Heated Storage

I recently got a storage unit after having a home emergency. When I went in, I was still a little upset from the whole ordeal but Tanner was very kind, informative, and made my experience a good one. The facility is very clean and I love that it is also heated. Their process is fast and efficient so I was able to get what I needed very easily and at a much more affordable price than I even thought. Thank you Tanner for your great service.

We had a great experience here! Everyone was really helpful even when we had to get a 3rd storage unit in the middle Of moving all Of our big furniture ! We would highly recommend using LH Heated Storage!

I so appreciate how friendly and helpful the office staff have been! We needed a large unit to get my parent's estate stored as we worked through all of the stuff. Tanner did a wonderful job getting us close to the elevator and showing us all the ends and outs of the locks and parking. We have found the facility so easy to use. Our belongings have been safe and secure this whole time. We just were able to scale down to a smaller unit and SO appreciated Tanner and Kathy's help in getting us exactly what we needed! They have been such a gift to work with as we have had to manage this difficult time in dealing with our parent's estate. I highly recommend Lakeland Hills Heated Storage! I can't thank them enough!

Very nice staff, friendly and informative. Easy check in even though I didn't have all of my paperwork ready. Unit was clean. I don't particularly like the gated entrance and exits and wish they were all 2 way. I would recommend this storage unit to others.

I find the hallways clean, the lighting well-maintained, my unit accessible, and prices competitive. Oh, and staff was friendly.

Amazing service! Tanner and Mac helped us thoroughly and with great care! The facility is also very nice, tidy and clean and the units are spacious -- even the 5X5's. Would 100% recommend! :)

Wonderful staff. Very friendly and helped me in every way to rent my 1st storage. Very clean, organized in their process. I feel so safe to leave my personal belongings there. Sydney was exceptional. Great customer service. My mom has a lot of storage sheds, Yelm and tacoma. Going with her throughout the years was a different experience than I had here. Feeling grateful to have my belongings at lakeland hills storage. 🙏

Easy online set up and pay. We just ended our "lease" because we moved in the apartment complex across the street! It was super easy to let them know and be relieved of this bill! I will be back if I need storage unit again!

I love this facility. Nice new establishments with easy access during the day time. The rates are totally fair. And the staff is phenomenal. Rose and Jeanette have both been helpful and communicative beyond what i expected from a place like this! They even sent me a little card on my birthday; very sweet gals!

I would totally recommend this place, especially because of the girls who work here!

UPDATED REVIEW Sept 2020: Moved out after being here almost four years. Very secure facility and responsive service. If we ever need storage again would feel good about coming back here.

Original review in 2016: We needed a unit quick as we were moving from another storage place where we had been burglarized. Ann responded to my queries about costs quickly. Within 24 hours we had a unit at a great price in a facility with some great security.
Also helps to have a self service moving van available so we can make the move on our own quickly.

This is a clean, secure, well lighted, moisture protected facility that has reasonably priced units. What really makes it stand out though is their customer service: Rose and Jeanette are super organized, efficient, helpful and kind. They go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy and have everything they need to access and manage their storage. I honestly have never seen a better run operation with nicer people anywhere! Thank you Rose and Jeanette for making life easier for me.
