Dentists on Grove Avenue

From day one of stepping foot into this office, I felt welcomed and safe. I have terrible dental anxiety and Christine (a dental assistant) did everything she could to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Moss & Dr. Klein were absolutely incredible as well. They were honest with me about what work I needed done and even gave me a new option for repairing my smile. I’ve never felt more comfortable with a dental practice. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I had a wonderful experience at Dentists on Grove! From the moment I stepped foot in the office, I was greeted with friendly faces and a warm, welcoming environment. The staff, including Christine & Dr. Klein, was knowledgeable and professional, taking the time to explain procedures and answer all of my questions. The dentist was skilled and gentle, making even the most routine cleaning comfortable. I highly recommend Dentists on Grove for anyone in need of top-notch dental care.

This is a great place... I absolutely love Dr. klien,and (and the other professionals)she is very thoughtful and thoroughly into her work. If you are looking into a makeover, no other place is better. General dentistry also. The assistants are very nice as well. I will recommend all my colleagues here...I will do all my dental treatments here from here on out.

I’m a new patient . I called to ask and make appointment since I got Medicaid, I’m not sure there will take it or not. Luckily the accept it. I been there early since new patient have to fill so many information, then they took me to x ray and check that I have cavity and let me go home. Today I went there to treat my filling, I’m so happy with the results and impressed to Dr , she’s so kind and calm . She told me if I need to take a break or uncomfortable just tell her. I’m very happy to be there.

I had my teeth pulled there the Dr was amazing she stop and calm me down when I was freaking out they laughed and had fun. Good dentist to go to they calm you down and talk to the patient like family.

Bewildered by the poor reviews. I have had cleanings here and recently replaced a crown, which clearly showed wear on x-ray. I was able to schedule this appt within 2 weeks. I waited about 20 min to be shown to a treatment room, and walked out with a same day crown from Dr Klein 3 hours later. I have not had a new crown in about 6 years and was expecting a follow up fitting, after getting the mold created but this office uses modern technology that saves time and is a more accurate fit. I highly recommend seeing Dr Klein, and they offer both scheduled routine services as well as emergency procedures you might need.

BEST TOOTH EXTRACTION EVER. Dr. Elizabeth Klein Is so very talented at getting teeth out of your skull!! Yes I had to wait and Yes I had to prepay, but there are very good reasons for those things. 1. I had to wait, they are very busy because they are so GOOD at what they do, everyone wants in. 2. Prepayment is required because people don't like to pay bills after the work is done. In any profession. People will do whatever it takes to not pay what they owe. AWESOME DENTISTS. GO HERE.

I love this practice! They are very professional, super friendly and have great prices on bridges and crowns. I have Anthem dental insurance, but due to a clause I had to pay out of pocket for a new bridge. These guys we LESS THAN HALF of what my previous, long term dentist wanted to charge me. I made the switch and have never looked back. My new bridge looks fantastic. If you are in the same situation, I would strongly encourage you to talk to Dentist on Grove. You will not be sorry!

I was saddened to see people say that Dr Klein and her team don't care for patients and only wish to make money. I've been seeing Dr Klein since 2019. She placed 4 implants for me that were necessary due to broken and lost teeth after other dentists told me it could not be done. She even coordinated with an unrelated dental office to make sure I could afford the best care available. She was extremely thorough and competent dealing with my intricate oral surgery needs, and I recommend her highly to anyone that may have extreme dental issues. Two years in and my new teeth look great and my implants are healthy. Thanks Dentists on Grove!

10/10 experience! My appointment was scheduled for 1pm, I came at 10am to see if I could be seen early. They checked me right in and got me to the back with in 20mins ! Wow
Dr. Paul Chung was absolutely amazing. The numbing experience was superb, I didn’t feel a thing. My filling was so fast and easy and my bite was great when I left! Highly recommend

I went in this morning and couldn't have had a better experience.
I called mid-week with a toothache, hoping to get in the upcoming Saturday (which I knew wouldn't be easy) and they made it happen. They were incredibly helpful and walked me through my treatment plan with options, pricing, and payment options. Markeisha, Dr. Chung, and the entire staff completely alleviated my stress, and were super personable and accommodating.

Super friendly, super knowledgeable dentists and staff. I came here for an emergency visit on a Saturday which my original dentist could not provide, and I haven't gone back to that dentist since then. Dr. Yang is relatable, down to earth and honest. I have never felt cornered by their recommendations for procedures, and I've never been screwed over in terms of pricing and treatment plans. If anything they've helped me GREATLY considering I'm uninsured. Everyone has different experiences but mine has been nothing but easy and enjoyable !

Dr. Elizabeth was great. Gives the right amount of numbness for whatever situation. I've been so thankful. They are all great listeners in the office for whatever concern you have. They have XRay and CT in the office for immediate results.

I am beyond delighted with this practice! I have seen two different dentists here, and their no-nonsense, straightforward approach was/is gratefully appreciated! I do not possess dental insurance. I laid my cards on the table with them concerning my minimalistic approach to dental options. In return, I have received face-value responses to my questions and a very reasonably-priced hygiene visit. I am very firm in what I'm about to say: at 58 years old, I have visited any number of dentistry practices...some good...some bad...some horrific. I had a dentist tell me one time that I had a cavity in my front tooth. I just didn't buy into it, so I declined filling it. 38 years later, and I've never had another dentist tell me I need a filling in that tooth! A few years ago, I was in need of somewhat urgent tooth care for a front tooth that was ever-so-slightly chipped. In need of timely attention, I went to a dental office that was new to me. I should've known better when the dentist told me he'd give me a $100 discount if I paid in cash. ... Ultimately, I was never told, nor did I know, that my two front teeth were being grinded down to nothing in order to accommodate caps. Perhaps I should've understood the steps required for this procedure. Perhaps I should've stopped the procedure mid-stream when this sanding went on for an extensive amount of time. But I didn't. I had no reason to question a medical professional. That night, when the temporary caps fell out in the middle of my Italian restaurant meal, I just about passed out in the bathroom mirror! Guess I should've figured as much when he pocketed the cash upon conclusion of the treatment. Lesson learned. Choose your dental practice carefully. And as for me, I will remain happy with peace of mind at the Dentists on Grove Ave! I will be singing their praises everywhere!

This was my first visit to this office. We were referred via our insurance and learned that Dr. Stafford is accepting new patients and is open on Saturdays.

From a cleanliness perspective the office is immaculate, inviting, and new with the latest in both furniture and dental equipment.

All of the office staff, dentists, and dental hygienists made me feel welcome and are very knowledgeable and willing to give considered advice for future treatment and long term oral health.

Very clean office! The staff was super nice and friendly. My husband walked in with a severe toothache and needed it removed, we didn't have an appointment but they pulled it the next day for him (we had to come back with enough money). They were very gentle with him and kept his fear of needles and dentists in consideration. They even worked out a payment plan with us since we don't have insurance. We had to bring our rambunctious toddler with us and they even changed their tv to cartoons to help keep him entertained, they were super friendly and understanding. We will definitely be recommending their office to friends and family. We have found our new dentists after months of searching.

I research and shop for the right dentist. I want to find one who excels at what he/she does, cares about his/her patients, and is not going to try to sell me on products or services I do not need. Dr. Stafford and his staff embody everything I look for, and then some! Everyone is so friendly, and genuinely caring. I received a phone call the day after getting a tooth filled, just to check and see if I was feeling okay. Dr. Stafford took the time to personally meet me and ask about my history before the hygienist took me back for a cleaning, and only after that did he do his exam. He took great precaution in working with a sensitive situation around my tooth, and went above and beyond to work with me and my insurance situation. Stafford Family Dentistry is truly that...a family operation...and it shows. I feel like I am in the best hands, and have already recommended him to a colleague.

Just had my first visit, and wow! On top of it being really nice inside, the folks there are SO great. Kind, caring, compassionate. Just as other reviews stated, you are seen and considered as a person, not just a walking dollar sign. Dr. Stafford and everyone I met were just wonderful. I always am pretty inquisitive about things and Ms. Joanne (I think? I'm sorry if I have your name wrong!) was very helpful in explaining things, informing me of my needs and issues, and showing me proper technique for flossing!! I feel confident that my teeth are in good hands (FINALLY!) and we are working towards a treatment plan to get my chompers cared for! I HIGHLY recommend this practice. Your teeth, and your friend's and family's teeth, will thank you!

I've had the most remarkable experiences at this dentistry office. Dr. Stafford provides an exceptional level of communication during services with a respectable and gentle approach to dentistry. As I walked into their office in severe agony from the worst cavity of my life, the Stafford staff really comforted me and gained my level of trust through their compassion for their patients.
