Probably one of my favorite stays in any cheap hotel that I've ever had. It's not a dime but after a few beers you can't even tell. Best bed. Best shower. Cozy and chill as fuuuuuck. Definitely coming back

Every time I come here, I'm impressed with the rooms. The carpet in the room and hallways are not at all worn looking and they even have PADDING under the carpets, even in the rooms, the rooms are always clean, and they are HUGE. Dressers have those drawers that shut themselves the last little bit. Outlets and charging ports everywhere. Microwave and refrigerator in addition to all the little room amenities. Very nice prices, though since I have the rewards program for this chain, I usually have a very small fee, anyway. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. I very much recommend this hotel if you have to come to Richmond!

Hotel was a great experience. I found it very easily, it was clean from the grounds to the room. The mini fridge wasn't just a fridge it had a small freezer so it was more like a mini full size fridge and microwave worked. I had a room with a balcony and the bench and desk chair made well for outside furniture! Front desk was polite and housekeeping for the most part was good but I have to take accountability for their lack since I was in and out the room. The first day they didn't get a chance to vacuum because I was so tired I asked her to come back later. The second day I made sure I was gone most of the day but she didn't come until 5pm and by then I was just settling in. I ran out of toilet paper so asked my cousin in the next room over for theirs and had to call to get new towels. Overall good but restaurant was under renovation and only 1 restaurant was across the street, everywhere else I had to drive. I'm rating the hotel, not the area.

Only being a single night guest didn't allow us to take advantage of any of the offered amenities but we wanted a easy simple check in for a hotel close to 95 and that's exactly what we got. We booked the room online and when we arrived, the young lady at the counter had us checked in to our room with a room key and map if our room location in about 5 minutes. The rooms were nice and clean. For a single night stay it was exactly what we needed.

Uhhh you get what you pay for. Don’t expect a 5 star hotel accommodations for this price range. AC and fridge was a bit loud but can’t beat the price for this up coming location. I felt comfortable and clean in the hotel, and located really nicely. No complaints, no bugs, comfy bed, good service. I honestly don’t know what others are talking about.

Omg this place was awesome. We broke down on the highway and this was the only place that had a room available through booking . com so I had to take it. When we got there the lady fixed our reservation to a cheaper on and canceled our other one no extra charge. Then we had to change rooms because we had a wheelchair who couldn't get over the little step on the first floor rooms. She gave us a 2nd floor room no extra charge so the chair could get in no problem. Then our vehicle wouldn't be ready across the street until 1pm maybe later. She gave us a 1:30 check out normally 12 I believe and we put our stuff in a locked room while we waited for our vehicle to get done. We could wait in the lobby as long as needed. And they apologized for their appearance because they're under construction lol they were great.

Don't be fooled by any reviews saying it's in a sketchy area or the rooms have bugs (atleast from my personal experience). The room wasn't flawlessly clean but it was just as good as other motels I've paid twice as much to stay at. I was in the executive tower where the double queen suites are and had an excellent stay and walked to and from Scott's addition located right nearby and didnt feel unsafe at all (tho the beers may have helped that haha) For the price you cant beat it and it's very conveniently located.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Upon first glance, I really didn't expect a whole lot, but after arriving to my room, I did not want to leave. When I arrived last weekend, there was a long line at the counter, but the guy at the desk (I think his name was Edward) apologized to everyone and stated that the computers were down, so they had to do everything manually.

After getting to my room, I noticed there was only 1 towel set. Not enough for the weekend. I called the front desk, and more was delivered very quickly. I'm glad I chose this hotel, and I will be back.

I had a wonderful time at this location. Downtown night life is a short walk maybe 10 minutes away and the hotel staff was also available for anything.

Hotel room was clean, bathroom was as well, and the staff members were all polite. Also within good distance of plenty of great restaurants and other venues like the Altria Theater (where we went for a show). Great price for a great experience.

Nice hotel i was in town for a wedding and they got me into a room at 1pm before check in at 3pm. So i could be at the wedding at 3! Great customer service! The rooms were clean and nice also. Great location right off 64/95 near downtown richmond.

Comfortable and quiet, not fancy but functional in all the right ways. Fridge and microwave, very nice bed, TV with lots of channels, friendly staff, coffee in the lobby. We'll be back!

My wife and children were pleased with the service, rates, and rooms. We stayed in a non smoking room and it smelled great. No hint of smoke or attempts to cover up smoke smell.

Awesome bed, lots of space, big balcony was a huge plus, very luxurious for the price. Lovely staff. They need to work on their key cards...wouldn't work several times.

I'm staying here cause I'm homeless. Check in 7 pm and leave at 7am. People comes and gives use food and drinks or water. It's so nice that these christians cares so much. God bless them

Very friendly and helpful staff. The bed and pillows were comfy and clean. I spent 2/3 nights I planned and got a refund of my 3rd night that I didn't stay.

The hotel was amazing. I stayed for a convention at the hotel itself. Staff was efficient and very hospitable. We ate at City Wraps for breakfast and dinner both days and they are phenomenal, the food was great and the staff was very nice also! Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Very nice. Has a refrigerator and a microwave. Provide coffee, soap, shampoo, and more. There is a iron for your shirts as well. I think I had no trouble staying here.

I had a great stay. My room was clean, housekeeping was nice and accommodating. Front desk service was nice to me.

I was surprised by this hotel. Very nice hotel for the price. Staff was friendly and the room was great. They are in the process of adding a restaurant. There is a meeting room that is good for groups. There is also a nice restaurant across the street.
